Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assists in updating standard tasks related to analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support the IBP process.&nbsp;</li><li>Conducts basic data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making in material planning.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and assists in reporting and process improvement initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Tracks material availability to ensure smooth production flow and escalates potential supply issues to relevant teams.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assists in monitoring production and logistics planning processes and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.&nbsp;</li><li>Contributes to cost-saving initiatives related to raw &amp; pack materials and inbound warehouse processes.</li><li>Participates in daily planning meetings and follows up on assigned action items.&nbsp;</li><li>Supports compliance with quality, safety, and food defence programs by assisting in data collection and reporting.</li></ul> Requierments: Preferred Education, Skill &amp; Experience <ul><li>University Degree required and five (5) years of experience and knowledge in supply chain with particular focus on regional/global sourcing and supply planning</li><li>Experience in managing supply chain initiatives from a timely service point of view</li><li>In depth understanding of the main regions of MENAT business, customer needs and competitive landscape</li><li>Ability to assimilate multiple sources of data and deliver insight and recommendations</li><li>Language Skills (bi‐lingual): English (fluent)</li><li>Computer skills, including experience with ERP systems, MS Office and Power BI</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Deep analytical and problem‐solving skills</li></ul>
