Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models using Python for applications including process optimization, predictive analytics, demand forecasting, computer vision, and decision support systems</li><li>Network across manufacturing, R&amp;D, commercial, and business functions to identify and collaboratively execute on high-impact challenges solvable through machine learning techniques</li><li>Build production-ready ML solutions within enterprise platforms (Databricks, Azure ML) including model training, endpoint deployment, and monitoring</li><li>Develop and maintain scalable, modular, well-documented code following MLOps best practices including version control, logging/metadata standards, and CI/CD principles</li><li>Lead code reviews, architectural discussions, and knowledge sharing to maintain high quality, production-ready deliverables across the team</li><li>Collaborate with domain experts and stakeholders across a wide variety of domains to understand needs, integrate ML solutions into workflows, and deliver measurable business value</li><li>Communicate complex machine learning methodology, results, and business impact clearly to technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, documentation, and visualizations</li><li>Stay current with advancements in machine learning, and apply them to solve business challenges</li><li>Mentor and provide technical guidance to data scientists, helping to grow the teams capabilities in Hyderabad</li><li>Support ML governance processes including architecture and methodology reviews, risk assessments, and compliance with enterprise standards</li><li>Lead project planning and execution, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Masters or Ph.D. in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a domain-focused field (Engineering, Chemistry, Economics, Finance, etc.)</li><li>5-8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field with demonstrated impact</li><li>Strong foundation in statistical and machine learning theory with proven ability to select, apply, and evaluate appropriate techniques for complex, real-world problems</li><li>Extensive hands-on experience building predictive models and deploying them to production environments using Python</li><li>Proficiency with modern ML frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost/CatBoost, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and data manipulation libraries (pandas, polars, numpy)</li><li>Experience with solution architecting and design for ML systems</li><li>Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or Databricks for deploying and managing ML models and solutions</li><li>Experience with version control (Git), collaborative development, and code review processes</li><li>&nbsp;Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to present technical concepts and results to diverse audiences from technical teams to business leadership</li><li>History of project leadership and driving initiatives from conception to production</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as lead and mentor team members&nbsp;</li></ul>

Job Purpose: Reporting to the Financial Controller, the overall purpose of the Finance Manager role is to oversee all financials, process excellence, related administrative matters and manage systems Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: <ul><li>Monitor and report any variances from the established budgets to senior management monthly basis showing controls are in place</li><li>Prepare accurate financial reports monthly, interpret the financial results to management, research and report on factors influencing business performance</li><li>Manage the companys financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems for effective decision making and statutory compliance</li><li>Ensure to maintain master data file for loans given to related and third parties helping in understanding the live position of the accounts</li><li>Ensure Fixed asset register is kept and maintained with accuracy as per statutory requirement</li><li>Ensuring accuracy of invoicing to affiliates thereby helping them in getting the actual costings of products and decision of selling price.</li></ul> Taxation: <ul><li>Ensure the monthly filing of the PAYE returns and TDS returns are executed on timely basis to meet statutory requirement</li><li>Ensure the monthly statutory contributions return are filed on timely basis to meet statutory requirement</li><li>Communicate every change in relation to personal income tax and corporate tax matters to senior management in the organization for timely decision making.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the quarterly APS returns and annual tax returns as per statutory requirement</li><li>Ensure the liaison with other third parties like tax authorities and ensure our tax controls are up to date, backed with all supporting evidence they might require.</li><li>Conduct monthly payroll duties in a timely manner including disbursing statutory contributions as per the statutory requirements.</li></ul> Bookkeeping : <ul><li>Perform checks and bank reconciliations within agreed timelines and undertake end of year processes within the agreed timelines to facilitate timely closure of Accounts</li><li>Ensure petty cash is updated on timely basis to capture all the expenses and accurate reporting</li><li>Ensure the financial records are up to speed with statutory requirements and high quality management reports.</li><li>Act as a secondary check on payroll duties in a timely manner including disbursing statutory contributions as per the statutory requirements.</li><li>Ensure clearing of Recons Accounts to meet internal controls guidelines</li><li>Ensure Inventory reconciliation is conducted on monthly basis to mitigate reporting risks</li><li>Ensure Supplier reconciliation is conducted on quarterly basis with proper signing offs for timely settlement of Supplier accounts.</li><li>Ensure Intercompany loans reconciliation is executed on quarterly basis (principal and interest) to meet internal controls guidelines</li></ul> Cost &amp; Cash Flow Management: <ul><li>Assist the Treasury department on schedules they might require in relation to redemption/maturity of fixed deposits accounts, loans and investment in equity and debt instruments.</li><li>Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends through in-depth analysis of changes and advising accordingly</li></ul>&nbsp;Process Excellence: <ul><li>Review and update all existing business, financial and operational processes as per statutory requirement</li><li>Conduct a gap analysis for current processes and develop new proposed processes if required to control business risks.</li><li>Implement optimal process framework in accordance with strategic business objectives&nbsp;</li><li>Develop a compliance checklist and monitor progress through dashboards and/ or data analytics; to monitor internal controls.</li><li>Identify of areas of improvement in overall business performance, with a focus on cost optimization, revenue assurance and maximization, improved process efficiency, supply chain management and resource utilization</li><li>Monitor systems implementation project management and keep track of any systems changes for effective decision making</li></ul> Compliance: <ul><li>Receive all invoices and ensure they are appropriately authorised according to the outlined standard operating procedures</li><li>Increase organizational effectiveness through sound financial analysis and process improvement.</li><li>Liaise with the audit function and offer required support to ensure annual audit is conducted and also developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g.&nbsp;</li><li>external auditors, bankers and approach independent person/body to conduct test on our tax compliance.</li></ul> Requirements: Knowledge: Skills and Experience required for this Role: <ul><li>A first degree in Accounting/Finance or any related discipline.</li><li>Membership in either of the following professional bodies Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA).</li><li>Possession of any of the following certifications is an added advantage: Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), CISA or International Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).</li><li>At least 7 years of post-qualification experience.</li><li>Experience in use of modern accounting/financial techniques and software.</li><li>Must have the experience and capability to ensure timely and accurate preparation of the consolidated financial reports.</li><li>In-depth understanding of finance and accounting principles and standards, responsibilities, code of ethics and certification.</li><li>Ability to identify key audit issues, present sensitive and difficult audit findings and recommendations to the management.</li></ul>&nbsp;Competencies required for this Role: <ul><li>Entrepreneurial and Commercial Thinking</li><li>Adhering to principles and values</li><li>Applying expertise and technology</li><li>Presenting and communicating information</li><li>Working with people&nbsp;</li><li>Analyzing</li></ul>
