This must be from an accredited university or college</li><li>Visionary leader with proven success in leading sales teams in a strategic capacity, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing and empowered cross regional teams.</li><li>Strong understanding of Process Industries (F&amp;B, Industrial, Mining and W&amp;WW), including an in-depth understanding of key sub-sectors, trends, and customer dynamics, ideally within a similar regional sales position.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of developing regional Strategic business development, key account management and business development within aligned markets.</li><li>Proven experience managing budgets and P&amp;L responsibilities with a focus on sustainable growth.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business goals through both leadership and strategic planning.&nbsp;</li><li>Champion our core values, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, customer focus, excellence and respect across teams to deliver exceptional results and foster an engaging work environment.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsibility for revenue growth and the implementation of the profit plan (end-to-end)</li><li>Defining and implementing strategic initiatives for growth, while staying informed about industry trends and market activities and working closely with the countrys sales organizations (CSO).</li><li>Developing existing customers by building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.</li><li>Identifying and promoting new business opportunities in the region, including product development needs</li><li>Fostering partnerships with a strong focus on customer engagement / meetings / events</li><li>Close collaboration with the product line and operational teams to achieve sales targets and strategic initiatives.</li><li>Implementation and management of customer/CSO pricing strategies</li><li>Adoption and implementation of our client standard processes (e.g., Salesforce and Pipeline CRM tools)</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; Qualifications and Skills: <ul><li>Bachelors degree (business or preferably technical) or equivalent qualification expected&nbsp;</li><li>Extensive experience in the commercial emergency lighting market or in a similar industry</li><li>Commercial experience in dealing with major clients, EGH, etc.</li><li>Good knowledge of the technical solutions and standards for emergency lighting</li><li>Proven success in customer engagement / customer satisfaction</li><li>Analytical thinking skills; their actions meet the highest ethical standards.</li><li>Structured and goal-oriented work method</li><li>Convincing negotiation skills, coordination skills</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English.</li><li>They are a team player and at the same time able to plan and implement their own work initiatives.</li><li>Good presentation skills</li></ul>&nbsp;
