Responsibilities: <ul><li>Engage in day-to-day support activities including incident and problem management</li><li>Perform production deployments, patch activities on the supported applications and servers.</li><li>Work with product support/development team for permanent resolution/change review – all types including enhancements, bug fixes, etc.</li><li>Work with level 1 support in application knowledge transfer in establishing standard first level recovery process/system health check monitoring/scheduled activities as well as common application user queries.</li><li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders like application, business, infrastructure, security, and operations to continuously improve the stability of applications.</li><li>Develop support operational documents to summarize common support issues.</li><li>Develop reports and drive audit RFI’s and requirements.</li><li>Develop Linux scripts based on the requirements.</li><li>Provide after office hours’ standby support and for emergency recoveries, including managing major incident of critical services.</li><li>Expected to drive improvements through influence and strong relationships with managers in other teams.</li><li>Correlate events across multiple systems to proactively surface and resolve deep, underlying issues.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Diploma/Degree in engineering/Computer Science / IT/Cyber Security from a recognized education institution</li><li>Professional qualification in information security, such as CISSP / CISM / CEH, or data Security product certifications will be advantageous.</li><li>9 to 12 years relevant experience</li><li>Strong working knowledge on Oracle Identity Governance 12c, Oracle Database, WebLogic, BI Publisher, Oracle Connectors, Linux, Unix &amp; Windows Enterprise Server OS, with mixed skills around administration, performance tuning and troubleshooting</li><li>Working knowledge of Python, java, Java Scripts,</li><li>Knowledge in network infrastructure like Load balancers, Firewalls, SSL etc</li><li>Working Knowledge on Directory - LDAP and AD Databases</li><li>Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and proficient in writing complex SQL queries with hands on experience with reporting tools along with excellent computational ability.</li><li>Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and frameworks including ISO 27001 &amp; NIST Cybersecurity Framework;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Technical Expertise: Capable to provide manual cuts along with building skills for future automated FIB cuts&nbsp;</li><li>Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Equipment Management: Set up equipment, monitor stability, improve capability, and interact with vendor representatives for advanced functionality and application work.</li><li>Recipe Management: Write or modify equipment recipes to support the needs of the RDA area.</li><li>Tool Recovery: Perform basic and advanced recoveries of down tools for assigned workstations.</li><li>Software Upgrades: Drive software upgrades and improvements, working with internal and external vendors for implementation.</li><li>Tool Monitoring: Monitor tool qualification SPC charts for deviations, initiate tool repairs, and adjust limits as necessary.</li><li>Data Science skills: Apply scripting, coding, or programming for monitoring performance and capabilities of the inspection data</li><li>Data Analysis: Collect and analyze tool/process data to suggest ways to improve performance and efficiency.</li><li>Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors for escalation results on application issues and with Equipment Owners to identify long-term solutions to tool issues.</li><li>Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective vendor and team interactions.</li><li>Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.</li></ul> Requirements: Application Expertise:&nbsp;<ul><li>Deep technical expertise in Focused Ion Beam (FIB) operations, including advanced cross sectioning, milling optimization, and defect characterization</li><li>Strong proficiency in SEM imaging and interpretation for systematic/random defect identification</li></ul> Training and Mentoring:&nbsp;<ul><li>Proven experience in training and mentoring engineers and technicians</li></ul> Vendor Relations: <ul><li>Experience working with vendors for FIB/SEM equipment setup, troubleshooting, and upgrades &gt;3years</li></ul> Education:&nbsp;<ul><li>Bachelor’s or Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science &amp; Engineering, or related field accepted</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>More than 5 years semiconductor manufacturing experience in RDA/inspection recipe setup for defect analysis&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Order Management &amp; Fulfilment Execution <ul><li>Manage end-to-end order intake to fulfilment process ensuring alignment with customer requirements and supply capabilities.</li><li>Monitor and manage order backlog, ensuring timely resolution of constraints and prioritization.</li><li>Coordinate closely with Customer Support / Commercial teams on demand fulfilment and order commitments.</li><li>Drive proactive communication on order status, delays, and recovery plans.</li></ul> Supply Planning &amp; Prioritization <ul><li>Collaborate with Production Planners to translate demand into executable production and fulfilment plans.</li><li>Lead order prioritization decisions based on customer criticality, contractual commitments, and business impact.</li><li>Ensure optimal allocation of constrained supply across customers and regions.</li><li>Support escalation management for supply-demand imbalances.</li></ul> Capacity Planning &amp; RCCP <ul><li>Develop and maintain Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) to ensure alignment between demand and production capacity.</li><li>Identify capacity constraints early and drive mitigation actions (e.g., alternate sourcing, schedule optimization, subcontracting).</li><li>Partner with manufacturing and procurement teams to balance load vs. capacity.</li></ul> Customer Stock Build &amp; Inventory Coordination <ul><li>Manage customer-specific stock build strategies to support service level targets and campaign demand.</li><li>Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock positioning Monitor and control inventory risks (excess, slow-moving, or shortages) linked to customer demand patterns.</li></ul> Cross-Functional Coordination (Control Tower Role) Act as the central coordination point between: <ul><li>Commercial / Demand Planning.</li><li>Customer Service o Production Planning.</li><li>Procurement / Logistics o Global Supply Chain team.</li><li>Drive alignment on order fulfilment strategies and execution plans.</li><li>Lead regular order fulfilment reviews and backlog governance meetings.</li><li>Performance Monitoring &amp; Continuous Improvement.</li></ul> Track and report key KPIs: <ul><li>OTIF (On-Time In-Full).</li><li>Backlog aging.</li><li>Service level adherence.</li><li>Capacity utilization.</li></ul> Identify root causes of service failures and drive corrective actions Lead or support initiatives to improve: <ul><li>Order cycle time.</li><li>Planning accuracy.</li><li>Supply chain responsiveness.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>﻿Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline. </li><li>3–7 years of procurement, purchasing, materials management, or supply chain experience.</li><li>Experience in manufacturing environments preferred. </li><li>Experience working with international suppliers and supply networks.</li><li>SAP ERP experience preferred.</li><li>Experience supporting sourcing, supplier management, and inventory optimization initiatives.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Incident Response: <ul><li>Lead the response to a wide range of cybersecurity incidents. Conduct in-depth investigations, validate incidents, and drive containment efforts based on escalations from SOC analysts.&nbsp;</li><li>Follow established protocols and document findings thoroughly.</li></ul> Security Monitoring: <ul><li>Design, implement, and manage solutions to enhance incident response processes. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform routine environmental monitoring (viable and non-viable) in classified cleanroom areas (Grade A/B/C/D), including surface and personnel monitoring. Manufacturing is performed inside isolators with surrounding grade C environment.</li><li>Collect and test samples from water systems (e.g., purified water, WFI), compressed gases, and other utilities per GMP and site procedures.</li><li>Support aseptic process simulations (media fills), including preparation, execution, and recovery/interpretation of microbiological data.</li><li>Perform microbiological tests such as bioburden, endotoxin (LAL), and sterility testing for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.</li><li>Prepare microbiological media, perform growth promotion testing, and maintain inventory of reagents and supplies.</li><li>Maintain laboratory notebooks, logs, and electronic systems in a compliant and organized manner, ensuring adherence to data integrity standards.</li><li>Support qualification and validation activities including cleanroom and utility qualifications, method validations, and EM qualification mapping.</li><li>Assist in investigations related to microbial excursions or deviations and contribute to the development and implementation of CAPAs.</li><li>Support microbiology lab startup activities including equipment qualification, SOP development, and execution of technical transfer protocols.</li><li>Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory policies, and maintain compliance with cGMP, USP, EU Annex 1, and other applicable guidelines.</li></ul> Requirements: Qualifications/Experience: <ul><li>Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in microbiology, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field.</li><li>1–3 years of microbiology laboratory experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience working in sterile environments or supporting aseptic processes preferred.</li><li>Familiarity with environmental monitoring equipment (e.g., particle counters, air samplers), microbiological techniques, and lab instrumentation.</li><li>Knowledge of cGMPs, data integrity principles, and microbiological standards (USP &lt;61&gt;, &lt;62&gt;, &lt;71&gt;, &lt;85&gt;, &lt;1116&gt;).</li></ul> Skills/Competencies: <ul><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.</li><li>Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team</li><li>Good time management and organizational skills to support multiple tasks and priorities.</li><li>Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and basic laboratory software systems.</li><li>Willingness to work flexible shifts or weekends to support aseptic operations and testing schedules, as needed.</li><li>A proactive and patient-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and compliance.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Receive and deposit customer payments accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly and cash remittances are applied to customer accounts.</li><li>Prepare and maintain accounts receivable reports that provide insights into outstanding balances, cash flow, and collection performance, while posting AR activity to the general ledger to ensure compliance with accounting standards.</li><li>Communicate and negotiate with customers regarding adjustments, deductions, and delinquent accounts to facilitate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding balances.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams, including finance and sales, to align on collection strategies and ensure accurate accounting practices.</li><li>Manage accounts that are in default, performing recovery workouts and implementing strategies to recover outstanding amounts while minimizing losses.</li><li>Contribute to the development and implementation policies for managing delinquent accounts to ensure effective collection practices and minimize financial risk.</li><li>Process adjustments and write-offs for uncollectible balances in accordance with company policies and procedures.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in collections or accounts receivable.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate reports.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.</li><li>Conversational English B2 Flexible.</li></ul>
