Role Description:&nbsp; <ul><li>We are hiring a Supply Chain Project Engineer to lead and manage engineering and CAPEX projects within a manufacturing environment.&nbsp;</li><li>This role involves working closely with global engineering teams and plant operations to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead end-to-end project execution (design, installation &amp; commissioning).</li><li>Support technical proposals, cost estimation, and project planning.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Supervise installation and construction activities on-site.</li><li>Ensure projects meet EHS, quality, and food safety standards.</li><li>Manage budget, timelines, and resource planning.</li><li>Work closely with global engineering, production, maintenance, and operations teams.</li><li>Support CAPEX planning and execution for plant initiatives.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering as Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent. Also, good computer background is a must.</li><li>English communication skill is necessary in both speaking and writing.</li><li>Able to work with government officers and public organizations.</li><li>Knowledge of food industry and financial issues including CAPEX&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Break down high-level Reliability and Validation Strategies into detailed, executable test plans; define test sequencing, sample allocation, logistics, and schedule alignment.</li><li>Coordinate with internal R&amp;T labs, shared labs, suppliers, and third-party test houses for test execution.</li><li>Manage test readiness including sample build status, configuration control, and documentation completeness.</li><li>Coordinate sample logistics, shipment, and handling with manufacturing, suppliers, and test labs.</li><li>Support PO release, cost tracking, and budget adherence for validation and reliability testing.</li><li>Maintain accurate test status, schedules, costs, and results in the project management system.</li><li>Create, maintain, and issue detailed test plans, validation/reliability test reports, and complete auditable documentation packages.</li><li>Ensure traceability between test requirements, execution, and reported results.</li><li>Interface with Reliability Engineers, PDE, MPDE, Quality, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams.</li><li>Proactively identify risks, schedule constraints, and execution gaps; escalate as needed.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>3–6 years of experience in test coordination, validation testing, reliability testing, or engineering project support.</li><li>Solid understanding of reliability and validation test environments (environmental, mechanical, electrical).</li><li>Experience coordinating with internal labs, external test houses, and suppliers.</li><li>Strong organizational and project tracking skills with high attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tests and priorities simultaneously.</li></ul> Preferred / Nice to Have: <ul><li>Hands-on background in reliability or validation testing.</li><li>Familiarity with industry standards: EIA, IEC, IPC, ISTA, or customer-specific validation requirements.</li><li>Experience with project management or test tracking systems.</li><li>Background supporting data center power, cable, or connector products.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Financial Accounting: <ul><li>Responsible for third-party and inter-company AP invoices approval, posting and payments for one or several SEAP entities (e.g.: Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia).</li><li>Responsible for staff claims approval, posting and payment for one or several SEAP entities (e.g.: Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia).</li><li>Approvals of Intercompany, 3rd party and staff claims require review of supporting documents and compliance with Delegation of Authority, before payment.</li><li>ERP: Update exchange rates in SAP and perform month-end revaluations.</li><li>ERP: Manage vendor creation in SAP B1.</li><li>ERP: Reconcile Statement of Accounts from third-party and inter-company suppliers against AP Aging in SAP B1. Role Description: <ul><li>A Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Simulation Manager is a senior engineering leader in Digital Data Networks (DDN) business in our client, responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of engineers who simulate and analyse high speed PCB designs encompassing electrical and thermal simulations.</li><li>Their primary role is to ensure that all PCB layouts meet high standards for performance, reliability, and manufacturability before prototyping and mass production at competitive cost.</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; Team leadership and management: <ul><li>Lead, mentor, and develop simulation team for signal integrity, power integrity, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), radio frequency interference (RFI) and thermal incidents.</li></ul>Manage workload, project allocation, and career growth for team members.
