Responsibilities: <ul><li>You will be a trend setter and the subject matter expert in Warehousing and E2E logistics related products and services categories, developing Global Strategic Procurement plan by interacting with key partners, analyzing category data and metrics to drive and deliver end-to-end category management practices in line with overall functional strategies.</li><li>You will execute Global and regional strategies by engaging with internal cross-functional partners, establishing relationships with external suppliers and industry professionals while adhering to current processes and recommending improvements to standard processes, focusing on cost improvement and quality, and service levels.</li><li>Prepare and finalize tender specification documents, aligning with each region on specific requirements.</li><li>Explore for cost improvement opportunities having a 360 overview in logistics including air, ocean, overland, WH and distribution projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Supervise and track onboarding of new suppliers</li><li>Prepare monthly budget and efficiency reports.</li><li>Understand management accounts including the ability to assess business unit level cost and performance drivers</li><li>Assist procurement function in handling vendors to ensure service reliability, continuous improvement initiatives and &amp; analysis of metrics of supplier performance.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>BS/BA degree in Management, Supply Chain management or Logistics.</li><li>Fluent in English both written and oral.</li><li>Proven ability in procurement (7-10 years’ experience).</li><li>5-7 years of experience in procurement of warehousing and logistics services (air, ocean, overland).ax</li><li>Deep understanding of pricing and pricing models in different geographies/markets (global markets).</li><li>Bid-management experience &amp; contracting experience (including KPI setting and measurement).</li><li>Critical thinking, strong analytical skills and fantastic negotiation skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>On a weekly basis, review the Material Resource Plan (MRP) output and align requirements based on the latest version of the artwork for printed packaging components. Upon finalizing the requirements convert/consolidate planned orders to Purchase orders</li><li>On a daily basis, analyze, approve and communicate orders to the suppliers. This will include new orders and/or changes to previous releases. Initiates follow up on orders placed; expedite deliveries</li><li>Keep the Purchasing Manager and Master Production Scheduler informed of delivery changes that might affect production</li><li>Monitor and report quality and delivery metrics of supplied lots on a monthly basis to monitor and report quality and delivery dates weekly</li><li>Perform priority Quality Control (QC) testing</li><li>Review and update open purchased order report</li><li>Approve and process requisitions</li><li>Attend weekly bulk and packaging meeting</li><li>Prepare updates for new product launches</li><li>Communication with label compliance on new or revised label and outset changes</li><li>Monitor inventory performance against plan and initiate actions where variances arise. Take corrective action on those items that are not within established inventory levels. Follow up any claims to suppliers that may arise on purchased materials.</li><li>Review weekly and monthly shortages</li><li>Maintain control of packaging changes to assure that these changes are introduced efficiently and write offs are reduced to a minimum.</li><li>Provide forecasts to suppliers on Active Ingredients and Packaging Components based on the MRP requirements.</li><li>Anticipate emergency conditions such as vendor strikes, supply chain issues or shut downs and take necessary actions to reduce their effect on operations</li><li>Provide forecast to key suppliers</li><li>Review Accounts Payable (AP) issues</li></ul> Requirements: Education &amp; Experience <ul><li>Bachelors’ Degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university in a Finance, Logistics, or Business discipline.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years’ experience in structured planning environment or equivalent combination of education and experience</li><li>Advanced expertise in MRP / systems supported planning</li><li>Working knowledge of SAP preferred</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Work closely with Supplier Development Manager to drive Supplier improvement, evaluation &amp; qualification action.</li><li>Deploy company supplier standard &amp; processes effectively across major suppliers.</li><li>Develop supplier base to meet company’s growth in the next 5-7 years.</li><li>Evaluate and qualify suppliers based on selection criteria. Issue service report for every support activity provided highlighting the facilities need, actions taken, results, and lessons learned.</li><li>In collaboration with Global Manufacturing facilities engineers, propose cost optimization or process improvement initiatives focusing on ‘low-hanging fruits’ with no or minimal capital investment required, through operational adjustment or design modification.</li><li>Conduct internal assessments on Utilities using engineering standard references.
