Continually seek ways to improve information visibility and availability.</li><li>Assist in site process and cost improvement projects.</li><li>Provide back-up for other Scheduling/Planning positions.</li><li>Actively participate in training and sharing knowledge with others.</li><li>Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of key customers, markets and products in area of responsibility.</li><li>Improve planning effectiveness via development and/or enhancement of planning models, processes and tools. Share best practices with planning community.</li><li>Identify, communicate, and escalate variances from plan. Manage and resolve variances and exceptions.</li><li>Interface with Materials Handling, Manufacturing, Logistics, QA, Receiving, Purchasing, and other planning groups regarding raw material procurement issues.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.</li><li>3+ years supply chain and/or materials management experience preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated analytical/planning capability. APICS CPIM Certification a plus.</li><li>Outlook, Microsoft applications (especially advanced Excel skills), SAP; Experience with planning and scheduling software a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication, both written and oral, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to grasp complex business processes and organizational dynamics.</li><li>Ability to work at operational/ tactical level as well as contribute at strategic level/develop strategic vision.</li><li>Ability to make decisions and seek consensus.</li><li>Service oriented.</li><li>Demonstrated team player.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Distributor management – Working with international distributors on business planning, sales initiatives and managing the P&amp;L for the business.</li><li>Forecasting and demand planning – Leads the demand planning process with distributors, which include sales analysis, demand forecasting to reflect sales &amp; marketing plans, and shipment planning.</li><li>Supply chain management - Liaise with supply chain team to reflect our demand forecasting to ensure the supply/shipment from difference sourcing locations globally.	Portfolio management – Addressing the sales opportunities we might have to accelerate growth across different consumer groups and channels in Malaysia and for the markets assigned.</li><li>Product importation and registration - Liaise with FSQ &amp; Regulatory team for any NPDs to complete internal product registration process and to complete the FDA registration for the market or to provide necessary documents to the distributors to complete the FDA registration.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Min 3-4 years’ experience in Sales from FMCG company&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelors Degree minimum</li><li>Very good command of English</li><li>Ability to work independently.</li><li>Distributor Management and Export business experience will be an advantage.</li></ul>
