Responsibilities: <ul><li>Plan and analyze the WIP, resources and activities in ensuring line continuity.</li><li>Effective line management and lot movement to meet OTD.</li><li>Coordinate with planner in production schedule to maximize the line utilization.</li><li>Implement effective work methodologies to ensure consistently high-quality output and productivity.</li><li>Together with engineering team, effective execution of assigned WI, SOP and target.</li><li>Drive together with Engineers in minimizing scraps and mishandling in the line.</li><li>Establish cross-training plans and proper certifications and re-certifications for respective team.</li><li>Responsible for managing the shift manpower and achieving the turnover target.</li><li>Compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S standard and cleanroom protocol.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.</li><li>Experience in high volume production of electronics components in an MNC or semi-conductor industry.</li><li>Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.</li><li>Experienced with computer systems and proficient with software applications such as MS Power Point, Excel and Word.</li><li>Ability to perform 12 hours shift</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Ensure period end reporting correctly reflects BU results and HFM reporting&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare the monthly results to SSEA team for consolidated financial statements</li><li>Review of business activities, calculation, set up and posting of accounting journals in accordance with journal policy and support for management accounting in the same.</li><li>Prepare and review of Balance Sheet accounts reconciliations.</li><li>Prepare financial reports, flux analysis and other general accounting duties as required.</li><li>Prepare financial statement as per Indian accounting standards and ensure timely completion of Statutory audit without adverse remarks.</li><li>Support SSEA team with queries relating to India business.</li><li>Participate in meetings to identify and implement process improvements.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with internal controls</li><li>Keeping track of the transactions and monitoring accounts to ensure that ageing is up to date.</li><li>Analyzing vendor aging reports to pay all invoices in a timely manner and works to build sustainable processes between Accounts Payable, the supplier and internal customers.</li><li>Resolving vendor inquiries in a professional manner in a high-demanding environment.</li><li>Working with supply chain team to co-ordinate the sales details and process sales invoice in system. Also, perform revenue recognition activities to ensure the control in place.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>CA or relevant degrees in Accounting or Finance.</li><li>5-8 years of relevant work experience</li><li>Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); fluent in English</li><li>Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills with the ability to operate with a global team, customer service, and leadership mentality</li><li>Ability to effectively lead, manage, and prioritize multiple projects, while operating in a fast-paced, complex global organization with shifting schedules and priorities</li><li>Solid working experience and knowledge of SAP, BI tools and office software</li></ul>
