Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage the recruitment process end to end&nbsp;</li><li>Keep an overview of our recruitment needs via regular meetings with our Hiring Managers.</li><li>Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the position’s requirements and attract talent to Company</li><li>Determining selection criteria for the open positions, in line with the Company-culture and strategy.</li><li>Sourcing of potential candidates through different sourcing channels</li><li>Screening of potential candidates and planning interviews and assessments</li><li>Run regular updates to hiring managers</li><li>Will need to make presentations to senior management</li><li>Organize and lead feedback sessions and coordinate the hiring decision</li><li>Proposing employment offers in line with Company guidelines</li><li>Run reference checks when needed</li><li>Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.</li><li>Implement employer branding initiatives, both internally and externally</li><li>Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events</li><li>Foster long-term relationships with candidates</li><li>Conduct Hiring manager and Brand ambassador workshops</li><li>Maintain strong connections with HR colleagues within Company to share best practices</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Work experience as a recruiter with relevant experience with average of 7-10 years</li><li>Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks</li><li>Experience with headhunting for mid to senior positions</li><li>Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using interview techniques.</li><li>Experience with assessments is a plus but not a must</li><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Good relationship building skills</li><li>Growth mindset and learning agility</li><li>Passion and desire to make a difference</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals</li><li>Screen, interview, and assess candidates.</li><li>Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication.</li><li>Maintain recruitment data and track hiring metrics.</li><li>Ensure a strong candidate experience and employer branding.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>5+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment.</li><li>Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.</li><li>Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Customers Management: <ul><li>Handle incoming calls and emails from assigned accounts (customers) for various sales inquiries, including information on orders, lead times, incoterms, and stock availability.</li><li>Proactively communicate with customers to ensure understanding and resolution of all order-related issues.</li></ul> Analyse Demand Forecast/ Revenue &amp; Inventory Control: <ul><li>Analyze demand forecasts for assigned accounts (customers) and review/control inventory in accordance with business unit targets.</li><li>Conduct demand planning and upload forecasts to the system, managing replenishment orders and billing for consignment customer consumption.</li><li>Generate forecast and LE reports promptly and accurately for Monthly Sales Revenue.</li><li>Review customers actual demand and forecasts to meet their requirements and conduct comprehensive analysis to avoid excess inventory or non-moving stock.</li></ul> Customer Documentation &amp; File Management: <ul><li>File all relevant sales transactions, including purchase orders, order proof lists, order acknowledgments, shipping documents, shipment reports, customer&nbsp;</li></ul> Shipment Management: <ul><li>Prepare and process shipments according to customer requests.</li><li>Collaborate with Planning/Logistics to ensure on-time delivery based on customers request dates and confirm dates for STR performance.</li><li>Oversee drop-shipment orders and ensure continuous follow-up on shipment status, particularly for critical issues.</li><li>Submit credit releases to finance for held accounts.</li><li>Coordinate with Account Managers and customers to release shipments that are on hold.</li></ul> Payment Management: <ul><li>Follow up on open disputes/invoice discrepancies with Customer, Finance &amp; Sales to ensure the best possible A/R results. If necessary, issue credit/debit notes to resolve discrepancies.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor degree in related field.</li><li>5-10 years minimum in customer service/procurement or production planning, proficient in both written and spoken English, PC literate with Microsoft Window software.</li><li>Self-initiative, perseverance, people oriented and able to travel locally and aboard for short assignment</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Readiness to the role as per the Retirement career path / skill blocks</li><li>Demonstrate a positive attitude in dealing with changes, reacting to them in a calm, professional manner and actively seeking solutions to any problems which might arise as a result of the changes.</li><li>Adopt a business-friendly writing style when communicating with UK colleagues and drafting advice for clients.</li><li>The content will be focused and concise, with significant actions, information, deadlines and recommendations clearly identified. Avoid using unnecessary colloquialisms, formalities and jargon.</li><li>Prepares original materials (letters, reports, discussion guides) for the lead actuary including first draft of commentary on results</li><li>Fully understands UK pensions legislation, work as an expert scrutiniser on all major work types – Actuarial Valuation / Accounting / Consulting support services / GMP equalisation</li><li>Ability to stand back from detailed calculations, sense-check, draw conclusions and see the work in a broader context of the clients needs and the legislative framework.</li><li>Answers client questions without reliance on the lead actuary and is a strong backup to lead actuary</li><li>Ensures own work and work of junior colleagues is complete and thorough, requiring minimal review from lead actuary</li><li>Identifies and implements improvements to the various processes</li><li>Champions of new ideas and initiatives that deliver strategic results</li><li>Plan and execute technical meetings and training as per the teams requirement for the Individual contributor roles</li><li>Create an open, collaborative, and engaging team environment&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with a keen eye for detail</li><li>Ability to effectively communicate the team goals and drive business results</li><li>Understands the professional requirements and quality standards for UK work</li><li>Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently</li><li>Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds</li><li>An expert in one or more of the specialist areas – valuation, accounting, client extension work, risk &amp; modelling, GMP equalisation, cash equivalent transfer value – but will have a general understanding of all the work and the ability to adapt to new work.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Logistics Management <ul><li>Act as point of contact with freight forwarders for logistics execution</li><li>Point of contact for responsible suppliers to ensure deliveries on time for customers&nbsp;</li><li>Weekly monitoring of the shipments and updating arrivals in BI.&nbsp;</li><li>Dispatch planning considering product availability from suppliers and shipping schedules shared by freight forwarders.</li></ul> Performance Management <ul><li>Measuring all KPIs for internal teams to help running sessions to develop action plan for continuous improvement.</li><li>Managing performance reviews for logistics partners (monthly &amp; quarterly)</li><li>Running supply reviews and performance for product suppliers.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree minimum, Master’s Degree an advantage</li><li>2-3 years’ minimum of Supply chain planning</li><li>Analytical &amp; Demand Planning&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; presentation skills&nbsp;</li><li>Proven track record of success&nbsp;</li><li>Good in English proficiency&nbsp;</li><li>Energetic, creative, self-motivated, team motivated, result oriented and sense of ownership.&nbsp;</li><li>Placement in Bangkok, Thailand</li></ul>
