Responsibilities: <ul><li>Work collaboratively with the Commercial Manager to ensure&nbsp;Delivery of sales volume &amp; brand availability targets for the dedicated outlets&nbsp;Compliance to activation calendar objectives</li><li>Plan &amp; lead execution of consumer activations, deployment of point of sale elements, displays consistent with brand toolkits.</li><li>Train bartenders and outlets owners on the portfolio and perfect serves. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Configure SuccessFactors Platform module to solve complex problems within defined deadlines.</li><li>Design prototypes, implement and test configurations and troubleshoot software applications.</li><li>Analyze organizational needs, end user requirements and requests and existing software structures to identify and create new features that will increase efficiency and optimize</li><li>functionality.</li><li>Perform tests to determine usability and catch defects before releasing the application toother internal users.</li><li>Systemize and coordinate upgrades and updates to minimize downtime, allow for continuous integration and ensure the highest priority issues are being addressed.</li><li>Provide subject matter expertise to design and build models and implement new application functionality that aligns with overall corporate objectives.</li><li>Collaborate with end users to assess system performance, acquire feedback and identify areas where improvements are necessary and incorporate user feedback into forthcoming</li><li>initiatives to guarantee an optimal user experience.</li><li>Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.</li><li>Collaborate with IT teams to manage integrations between SuccessFactors and other HR systems or third-party applications.</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience</li><li>Certification in SuccessFactors Platform</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of software design and principles</li><li>Experience in designing and building modern SF platform experiences including mobile and security.</li><li>Minimum of four years of related work experience</li><li>Other minimum qualifications may apply</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>Our Smart Grid/Grid Monitoring Solutions Product Management team is looking for a Product Specialist to help support the growth of smart grid solutions in the Americas market.&nbsp;</li><li>This role reports to the Product manager of Grid Solutions Americas Region and is under the Smart Grid /Grid Monitoring Solutions segment, Energy business unit.&nbsp;</li><li>This role’s goals will be aligned with the product management team goals. This role also works closely with sales, customer care, and manufacturing teams to provide overall product support to grow the product lines to help meet sales and profit targets of the business.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide technical and commercial support to internal (sales, product management production, and engineering) and external customers for all the Smart Grid/Grid Monitoring Solutions Products.</li><li>Interpret customers specifications to select or create the correct Smart Grid/Grid Monitoring Solutions Product for their application and provide technical product support.</li><li>Support developing specifications and sales support materials including but not limited to installation instructions, data sheets, cross references, etc.</li><li>Coordinate prototypes for testing with engineering and provide technical assistance to design feasibility and work with the Product Manager to make recommendations for necessary changes.</li><li>Manage new part number creation process for Smart Grid/Grid Monitoring Solutions Products.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with 3+ years experience in related and/or technical field</li><li>Experience in product management, technical support, manufacturing engineering, application engineering, and/or technical sales, preferred</li><li>Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams</li><li>Driven to identify and resolve issues</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus</li></ul>
