Associate Director/Director of Marketing

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Drive creation of Adoption Agreement Templates.</li><li>Create customer Positioning &amp; Targeting (segments, verticals, target audiences).</li><li>Create GTM Phased-Release Plan (segments, verticals, target audiences).</li><li>Create Proof Point &amp; Drive Proof Point Updates.</li><li>Create Sales &amp; Onboarding Content (Pitches, Feature Lists, &amp; Sales Guides) to showcase product values and competitive advantages that truly resonate with our customers.</li><li>Create Solutioning &amp; Support Content (non-technical solutioning, escalations, etc.).</li><li>Identify &amp; define requirements for technical documents needed for integration &amp; technical teams to drive adoption.</li><li>Define scalability requirements &amp; deliverables required of dependent teams.</li><li>Create Sales Playbook Content (Vertical, Use-Case, &amp; Segment).</li><li>Define requirements and validate effectiveness of enablement tools and systems.</li><li>Lead Sales Training &amp; Office Hours (merchant &amp; partner).</li><li>Support Marketing at scale.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts, prioritize feature trade-offs, and identify new opportunities with technical team members.&nbsp;</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to adapt your message to the technical level of the audience.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.&nbsp;</li><li>Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Minimum of 4 – 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.</li><li>MBA or advanced degree preferred.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Executing Hiring Strategies: <ul><li>Collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and Business teams to understand short- and long-term hiring needs.</li><li>Develop hiring plans, agreed Global SLAs are aligned with the Business Goals</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging hiring practices &amp; tool</li></ul> Talent Sourcing &amp; Pipeline Development: <ul><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for various key roles such as NPD, NPI, PDE, MPDE and many more.</li><li>Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies using Market intelligence &amp; Talent Mapping tools.</li><li>Leverage a mix of sourcing channels: Internal/External career sites, Social Media Hiring such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc., Job Boards such as JobStreet, Monster</li><li>Familiar with hiring tools such as HireEz, ZoomInfo. Leverage employee referrals, and University hiring</li></ul> Employer Branding &amp; Candidate Engagement: <ul><li>Position the company as an employer of choice in the Engineering, Tech and manufacturing space.</li><li>Create content and campaigns targeting industry professional (e.g., webinars, blog posts, meetups, TechEvents)</li><li>Craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials tailored for manufacturing, Production and Engineering professionals</li></ul> Full-Cycle Recruitment: <ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers &amp; compensation negotiation and onboarding</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.</li><li>Implement structured interview processes, including technical assessments</li></ul> Stakeholder Management: <ul><li>Act as the primary liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders</li><li>Provide regular hiring updates, metrics, and insights to leadership</li></ul> Data-Driven Recruiting: <ul><li>Use analytics to track sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline health.</li><li>Ensure Global Hiring Metrics, SLA and targets are aligned and achieved</li><li>Publish Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Qtrly reports on the efforts and progress</li><li>Optimize hiring funnel using recruitment metrics and KPI</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Work from Office - 3-4 days Hybrid</li><li>Should be hands on recruiting Engineering, Manufacturing &amp; Production roles</li><li>NO visa sponsorship / relocation for this role</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for all sales and marketing tactics development across the brand lifecycle</li><li>Establish brand-specific HCP domain expertise, and create engaging brand centered content and concepts for adaption into personalized and tailored customer experiences.</li><li>Embed to engage patients and drive customer behavior change across the full brand lifecycle.</li><li>Coordinate the branding and communications process through press releases, advertising in trade journals, development of key messages, channels, targeting and marketing campaign.</li><li>Review marketing briefs to ensure alignment between agency partners and brand team</li><li>Contribute to Market Research activities to support inline products, and business development opportunities</li><li>Primary point of contact for the brand division relating to customer engagements, whether direct or via 3rd party partner.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in business or a related discipline with a successful track record in Generic or Brand pharmaceutical marketing with 7+ years relevant experience with increasing job responsibilities.</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>Comprehensive strategic and implementation marketing experience where the individual has successfully driven market share against pharmaceutical competitors.</li><li>Experience in utilizing digital and other non-personal communication channels including efficiency and effectiveness optimization.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize, plan and execute multiple short- and long-term projects, while meeting all deadlines.</li></ul> Skills: <ul><li>Strong analytical skills, prior experience working with forecasts, analyzing market research results to turn data into actionable insights, and impactful communication strategies as a means to improve and grow the business.</li><li>High level of computer office proficiency required, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Word</li><li>Proficiency in managing and directing agencies and strategic vendors.</li><li>Managing and working within budgets.</li></ul> Behavior: <ul><li>High energy, and a passionate champion for the business with an ability to quickly establish credibility throughout the organization.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills and an ability to work with diverse internal and external constituents.</li><li>Strong ability to identify/anticipate opportunities, challenges and road blocks, while maintaining a solutions-focused approach and develop plans accordingly.</li><li>Ability to collaborate across multiple priorities and internal and external functional groups.</li><li>Respiratory and/or NeuroScience therapeutic area experience preferred.</li></ul>
