Role Description: <ul><li>The Executive Director of Operations is responsible for the leadership, performance and operational excellence of Mount Kilimanjaro Safari Clubs portfolio of safari lodges, camps, safari businesses and future hospitality ventures.</li><li>Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer – Hospitality &amp; Conservation, the role has executive accountability for the day-to-day and long-term performance of the Companys operations, ensuring exceptional safari and hospitality experiences, consistently high accommodation and service standards, effective asset management, operational efficiency and sustainable profitability across the portfolio.</li><li>The Executive Director of Operations translates the Companys strategy and commercial commitments into operational execution. The role ensures that what the Company sells is consistently and successfully delivered across every stage of the guest journey, from reservation handover and pre-arrival preparation through accommodation, safari experiences, on-property services and departure.</li><li>The Executive Director of Operations is accountable for operational delivery, on-ground sales and trade relationships in market, guest conversion and on-property revenue and expense management.</li></ul> Responsibilities&nbsp; 1. Safari Business, Hospitality &amp; Guest Experience – 20% <ul><li>Provide executive leadership for Mount Kilimanjaro Safari Clubs safari business and hospitality operations across the portfolio.</li><li>Ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional safari, accommodation and hospitality experiences across all lodges, camps and safari operations.</li><li>Take executive accountability for the operational delivery of the complete guest journey, from reservation handover and pre-arrival preparation through arrival, accommodation, safari activities and departure.</li><li>Provide executive oversight of accommodation, front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, guiding, game drives, guest activities, safari logistics, fleet operations, maintenance, engineering and operational support services.</li><li>Establish and maintain clear operating and service standards across the portfolio while allowing properties to retain appropriate authenticity and sense of place.</li></ul> 3. Commercial Delivery, On-Ground Sales &amp; Financial Stewardship – 15% <ul><li>Take accountability for the operational delivery of the Companys commercial strategy across safari operations, lodges and camps.</li><li>Build and maintain strong on-ground relationships with tour operators, travel agents, DMCs, trade partners, corporate clients and other relevant market stakeholders.</li><li>Drive upselling and on-property revenue opportunities across accommodation, food and beverage, safari activities, transfers, retail and ancillary services.</li><li>Ensure operational teams understand and effectively deliver commercial campaigns, packages, products and commitments developed by the Commercial function.</li></ul> 4. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Supports the Entertainment Director by working closely with Production Manager, Technical Manager and Wardrobe Manager to ensure shows are produced and presented taking all park requirements in to consideration&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for artistic/creative elements of all live daily productions: through development, operation and perpetual enhancement&nbsp;</li><li>Manages and directs assistant show directors, performance captains, junior choreographers and all other live show staff</li><li>Develops and documents all processes and procedures for the development of the shows (including scripts, blocking charts, music recordings and any other materials used to produce the shows)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>May be responsible for creative input on special events and external rental/corporate events.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintains library of resource materials associated with production and creative development of entertainment.</li><li>Leads creative effort for marquee events and seasonal productions.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Understand and actively participate in environmental, health &amp; safety compliance.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Develop cross training and seasonal promotion opportunities for staff and cast members.</li><li>Any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Management Tea</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education: University degree, diploma, or professional training in Dance or Theatre; Master’s in Theatrical Studies or Business Administration is desirable.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience directing live entertainment shows, productions, or events in theme parks, theatres, festivals, or special events.</li><li>Creative Expertise: Strong knowledge of scriptwriting, live stage production, choreography, costume design/development, and themed live shows; video/audio production experience preferred.</li><li>Performance &amp; Leadership Skills: Professional training in dance, stunts, or acting, with strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and multi-project management skills.</li><li>Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and related tools; music editing/mixing, Photoshop, and video editing skills desirable.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: <ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, influencing business strategy through human capital insights.&nbsp;</li><li>Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide people strategy aligned with business growth objectives.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive workforce planning, organizational design, and operating model effectiveness across multiple business units.</li></ul> Talent Strategy &amp; Leadership Development: <ul><li>Oversee succession planning and leadership pipeline development for critical roles.</li><li>Drive enterprise talent reviews, ensuring alignment with long-term business needs.</li><li>Shape and sponsor leadership development and capability-building initiatives in partnership with COEs.&nbsp;</li></ul> Organizational Performance &amp; Effectiveness: <ul><li>Lead the performance management framework, ensuring alignment with business priorities and outcomes.</li><li>Define and track organizational performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement initiatives are implemented.</li></ul> Culture, Engagement &amp; Transformation: <ul><li>Champion culture transformation initiatives, fostering engagement, inclusion, and high-performance behaviors.</li><li>Drive employee engagement strategies, leveraging insights from surveys and analytics to influence leadership action planning.</li></ul> Change &amp; Transformation Leadership: <ul><li>Lead enterprise-level change management initiatives, including restructuring, integration, and transformation programs.</li><li>Provide strategic counsel on people implications, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment during major business changes</li></ul> Employee Relations &amp; Governance: <ul><li>Ensure governance, compliance, and risk management in line with company policies and UAE labor laws.</li><li>Provide oversight on complex employee relations cases, investigations, and escalations.</li></ul> HR Analytics &amp; Business Insights: <ul><li>Drive data-led decision-making, leveraging workforce analytics to inform strategy.</li><li>Present insights on talent trends, productivity, engagement, and organizational health to senior leadership</li></ul> Collaboration with HR Centers of Excellence: <ul><li>Ensure alignment and integration of HR services across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&amp;D, and other COEs.</li><li>Lead the localization and execution of group-wide HR initiatives across company.</li></ul> Leadership &amp; Team Development: <ul><li>Lead and develop HRBP teams, ensuring capability building and succession readiness.</li><li>Foster a high-performing, collaborative HR function aligned to business needs.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.</li><li>A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.</li><li>8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a business partnering or HR leadership role.</li><li>Proven experience supporting senior leadership and driving strategic HR initiatives.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Familiarity with systems and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint) is preferred.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Interpersonal Skills.</li><li>Employee Relations.&nbsp;</li><li>Organizational Development.</li><li>Additional languages (e.g., Arabic) is an advantage.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Oversee the preparation and documentation of Job Requisitions, ensuring alignment with workforce plans and business objectives in collaboration with cross-functional departments.&nbsp;</li><li>Guide project management strategies and delivery activities in coordination with Section Heads and Project Leads, ensuring company projects are executed efficiently and in line with the overall strategic plan.</li><li>Oversee the management of multiple projects across the business, ensuring monitoring of progress and successful completion of projects while aligning outcomes with the company’s strategic objectives and growth priorities.</li><li>Drive communication plans while ensuring its execution to effectively resolve any anomalies that may arise during Project completion phase.</li><li>Manage actual cost verses budget on periodic basis and oversee financial reports/data related to project’s financial performance.</li><li>Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget ensuring project delivery schedule is in alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Lead efficient and compliant project management and budget management for multiple projects across the Company while imposing Projects delivery process within assigned budgets to ensure its timely completion.</li><li>Support with the implementation of&nbsp;contractors mitigation plan for the project along with execution plan, procurement, acceleration program and resources allocation to ensure that schedules are maintained within agreed time-frame.</li><li>Support the commercial function throughout the client lifecycle, enhancing client relationship for projects and working closely with stakeholders in-order to plan, execute, and troubleshoot issues that arise on projects.</li><li>Prepare user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful project implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate closely with various Sectors to successfully execute technical assignments while meticulously assessing both anticipated and unforeseen risks and values.</li><li>Oversee Statutory &amp; Authorities compliance and ensure quality and engineering works are complied with standard norms and Company’s expectations.</li><li>Navigate relationships including complex situations with clients and partners with professionalism and proactive problem-solving.</li><li>Provide technical support to the commercial team for key activities in areas of technical focus related to projects.</li><li>Analyze information and ensure that reports are consolidated for management review.</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and global best practices in project management and real estate development.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s / master’s degree in Civil Engineering/ architectural engineering/ Construction</li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification – preferred</li><li>Understanding of industry-specific delivery standards and technologies,&nbsp;statutory, regulatory, and quality compliance requirements relevant to project delivery.</li><li>Min of 12-15+ years experience, including 8+ years of experience in a senior leadership/project lead role - managing large-scale/ multi-disciplinary projects and teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Preferably 5+ years of experience with a developer.</li></ul>
