They negotiate pricing, quantity, and delivery schedules.&nbsp;</li><li>Should anything change in the sourcing process, they’re responsible for renegotiating new contracts as well.</li></ul> Draft Contracts: <ul><li>The Sourcing Specialist then drafts detailed contracts to be reviewed by both their company and the supplier.&nbsp;</li><li>They work in conjunction with legal counsel to include all of the details of their negotiation. Responsiblities: <ul><li>Design Quality Assurance: Organize and facilitate Design Reviews (DR) and DFMEA sessions to ensure robust product design and risk mitigation.</li><li>Prototype &amp; Sample Build Quality: Implement quality planning and controls for prototype/sample builds, including documentation and build record management.</li><li>Measurement System Validation: Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) for inspection systems and gages used in the project.</li><li>Development Stage Quality Oversight: Analyze samples, address quality issues, and drive improvement actions during product development.</li><li>Verification &amp; Qualification: Lead design verification activities prior to design freeze and manage product qualification testing before Gate 5.</li><li>Tool &amp; Process Validation: Perform process capability studies and support Final Tool Approval (FTAR) using Comprehensive Tool Approval Reports (CTAR).</li><li>Production Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality controls and documentation for the production shop floor.</li><li>Ongoing Quality Monitoring: Monitor process capability and manage corrective actions to ensure sustained quality performance.</li><li>Inspection Review: Review and approve measurement and cosmetic inspection results to ensure compliance with specifications.</li><li>Audit Support: Provide support during customer and internal/external quality system audits.</li><li>Lead the development and implementation of Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) tools and methodologies within cross-functional product development teams.</li><li>Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring customer requirements are clearly understood and integrated from the outset.</li><li>Conduct design and process audits for NPI projects, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.</li><li>Collaborate closely with manufacturing sites to ensure seamless transition from design to production, including training facilitation and sharing of best practices and lessons learned.</li><li>Support customer complaint investigations during NPI, including documentation collection, in-process record review, and postmortem analysis.</li><li>Ensure effective deployment of control plans and support supplier development and management to meet quality expectations for NPI shipments.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>Min 4 years experience in advanced quality</li><li>Proven quality control experience in cable assemblies, connectors, sockets, or related industries.</li><li>Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and APQP procedures.</li><li>Familiarity with EIA-364 test methods and internal/external auditing practices.</li><li>Knowledge of Model-Based Definition (MBD) and GD&amp;T requirements.</li><li>Proficient in Root Cause Analysis (8D, Fishbone, 5 Whys).</li><li>Skilled in Risk Management (DFMEA/PFMEA), Process Capability (Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk), and Tolerance Stack-Up Analysis.</li><li>Experienced in Design of Experiments (DOE) and Six Sigma methodologies (Black Belt preferred).</li><li>Competent in data analytics and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Python/R).</li><li>Skilled in statistical software such as Minitab and JMP.</li><li>Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities.</li><li>Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.</li><li>Ability to mentor junior engineers and lead cross-functional teams.</li><li>Demonstrated capability in change management and driving continuous improvement.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills for conflict resolution and stakeholder negotiation.</li><li>Committed to delivering high-quality solutions aligned with customer expectations and business strategy.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Partner with Account Executives / Strategic Account Managers to research prospects, shape pursuit strategies, and drive opportunities from qualification through close (new business and expansion), including positioning, objection handling, driving stakeholder alignment.</li><li>Engage managing partners, practice chairs, firm leadership, and senior in-house counsel to understand priorities and position us as a trusted partner in legal AI and workflow transformation.</li><li>Lead senior-level discovery and structured workflow analysis to diagnose challenges, map decision makers / champions, and identify value levers, inefficiencies, and measurable ROI opportunities.</li><li>Translate legal workflows into clear, commercially compelling use cases and solution strategies, aligned to practice areas and client strategic objectives.</li><li>Design and deliver tailored, insight-led demonstrations and high-impact presentations that connect workflow insight, product capability, and commercial outcomes across 1:1, small group, and large group settings.</li><li>Develop bespoke proof-of-concept engagements to validate value and build confidence; serve as the Voice of the Customer by partnering with product/engineering/marketing/strategy, informed by customer/competitor/market research, and represent us at industry events and executive briefings.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>For US-based employee, have a JD</li><li>For UK-based coverage, be a Qualified Solicitor (England &amp; Wales) with 3+ years PQE • 3+ years of experience in leading law firm (Top 50) or in-house experience in large corporation</li><li>Background in corporate, finance, disputes/litigation, or other complex practice areas with demonstrable client-facing experience (preferred).</li><li>Have experience establishing credibility with partners, firm leadership, and senior in house counsel through strong executive presence, legal expertise, and AI fluency.</li><li>Deliver persuasive, insight-led presentations and demonstrations that engage both legal and business stakeholders (including impromptu whiteboard-style and formal presentations/demos).</li><li>Demonstrate a deep understanding of legal workflows, legal service delivery models, and emerging legal technology trends - able to translate this into tailored, workflow-specific value narratives.</li><li>Demonstrate curiosity, intellectual enthusiasm, and conviction about how AI and legal technology can transform legal workflows and client delivery.</li><li>Operate effectively in a target-driven, revenue-accountable role with a clear commercial mindset (pipeline/revenue ownership).</li><li>Collaborate effectively across teams (sales, marketing, product, client success) to deliver unified client engagement strategies.
