Overview: <ul><li>We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives within our direct-to-consumer (DTC) sector.&nbsp;</li><li>This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth.&nbsp;</li><li>The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Portfolio Strategy: <ul><li>Generate deep insight based on understanding of industries, customers, markets, consumers needs and competitive solutions</li><li>Lead analysis on portfolio prioritization to deliver business objectives</li><li>Plan marketing strategies to achieve the agreed goal, both financial and non-financial goal. Marketing Strategy Development:</li><li>Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.</li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape. Brand Management:</li><li>Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all channels.</li><li>Develop and manage campaigns that enhance brand recognition and loyalty.</li><li>Create eye-catching, informative materials such as posters, banners, flyers, shelf-talkers, digital screens, and product brochures. Ensure these materials align with brand guidelines and reflect the product proposition effectively.</li></ul> Product Launches: <ul><li>Lead direct to consumer communications campaign and material development</li><li>Collaborate with product development teams to plan and execute successful product launches.</li><li>Coordinate marketing efforts to support new product introductions and promotional campaigns.</li><li>Create a compelling product offering and design appropriate point-of-sale materials, collaborating with the sales team to enhance product visibility and awareness in the market.&nbsp;</li></ul> Budget Management: <ul><li>Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various initiatives.</li><li>Monitor, tracking and report on campaign performance and budget adherence. Cross-Functional Collaboration:</li><li>Work closely with sales, design, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.</li><li>Collaborate with external partners, including agencies and vendors, to execute marketing initiatives.</li></ul> Performance Analysis: <ul><li>Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.</li><li>Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders on marketing performance and insights.</li></ul> Requirements: Education: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>10+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the MNC DTC (FMCG, Consumer Healthcare) sector.</li><li>Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Skills:</li><li>Strong understanding of various marketing tools and analytics.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in marketing software and CRM systems.
