Role Description: <ul><li>We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Marketing &amp; Experience Manager to drive brand visibility, storytelling, and guest engagement for the conservancy.</li><li>This is a unique, purpose-driven role that combines:</li><li>Marketing strategy &amp; execution</li><li>Event and experience creation</li><li>Content and brand storytelling</li><li>You will play a key role in bringing the conservancy’s story to life across all touchpoints—both digital and on-ground.</li></ul> Responsibilities: 1. Marketing &amp; Brand Management <ul><li>Execute integrated marketing plans to drive awareness and engagement</li><li>Create compelling marketing materials (brochures, campaigns, presentations)</li><li>Plan and deliver events, activations, and promotional initiatives</li><li>Track campaign performance and optimize based on insights</li><li>Manage marketing budgets and reporting</li></ul> 2. Guest Experience &amp; On-Ground Engagement <ul><li>Design and enhance the visitor journey and overall guest experience</li><li>Develop new experience concepts within the conservancy</li><li>Ensure consistent storytelling through signage, staff interactions, and content</li><li>Support and train teams on brand messaging and guest engagement</li></ul> 3. Media, Digital &amp; Content <ul><li>Manage website updates, newsletters, and content calendars</li><li>Drive social media presence and digital campaigns</li><li>Create engaging written, visual, and video content</li><li>Monitor performance metrics (engagement, traffic, conversions)</li><li>Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent across channels</li></ul> 4. Events &amp; Partnerships <ul><li>Plan and execute key events, exhibitions, and fundraising initiatives</li><li>Coordinate with partners, agencies, and stakeholders</li><li>Support partnership communications and joint initiatives</li><li>Manage PR and social media agencies effectively</li></ul> 5. Stakeholder &amp; Relationship Management <ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams (operations, education, finance)</li><li>Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors</li><li>Act as a central point connecting marketing with on-ground teams</li></ul> Requirements: Experience <ul><li>5+ years in marketing, brand, events, or agency roles</li><li>Background in FMCG, experiential marketing, hospitality, or NGOs preferred&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Financial Accounting</li><li>Responsible for third-party and inter-company AP invoices approval, posting and payments for one or several SEAP entities (e.g.: Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia).</li><li>Responsible for staff claims approval, posting and payment for one or several SEAP entities (e.g.: Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia).</li><li>Approvals of Intercompany, 3rd party and staff claims require review of supporting documents and compliance with Delegation of Authority, before payment.</li><li>ERP: Update exchange rates in SAP and perform month-end revaluations.</li><li>ERP: Manage vendor creation in SAP B1.</li><li>ERP: Reconcile Statement of Accounts from third-party and inter-company suppliers against AP Aging in SAP B1. Resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.</li><li>Interco reconciliation tool (HFM): Upload inter-company transactions in HFM and ensure proper matching.</li><li>Prepare assigned Balance Sheet schedules.</li><li>Post certain standard monthly journal entries</li><li>Cash flows, financing and engagement with banks</li><li>Prepare the monthly cash flow forecast for review by Senior Accountant.</li><li>Periodically check sufficient liquidity for operations and proactively alert Manager about any potential cash flow situations.</li><li>Ensure external/internal loan repayments and interest payments are promptly processed according to the due date/payment terms.</li><li>Handle banker’s guarantee issuance and liaise with bank on AP-related matters</li><li>Tax and GST</li><li>Prepare GST/SST/VAT/WHT filing for review by Finance Manager/Senior Accountant prior to submission.</li><li>Audits/ Projects and Adhoc</li><li>Support the annual audit process by providing required documents to both external and internal auditors.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist and actively participate in project and system implementation activities.</li><li>Cover other AP executive’s daily operations during period of leave or absence.</li><li>Undertake any ad-hoc Finance assignment as required.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, etc).</li><li>3 years’ experience of Accounts Payables.</li><li>Experience in administering inter-company invoices, 3rd party invoices and staff expense claims, including payment</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Grow sales (volume &amp; value mix), market share and weighted distribution within scope.</li><li>Drive ABC strategic commercial plans including but not limited to: new market/channel entry, geo-expansion, direct-to-consumer, new product launches, cross-category promotions, distributor management, trade engagement/loyalty, promotion adherence, etc.</li><li>Build integrated business plans to drive sales within scope and engage all stakeholders for execution.</li><li>Optimize portfolio strategy (SKU/channel/area mix) to attain maximum value creation.</li><li>Build the “ABC” brand name to give consumers compelling reasons to choose our brand over competing brands</li><li>Lead top-to-top relationship management with key customers in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Data-driven. Thoroughly understand SELL-OUT and SELL-IN data to derive insights &amp; identify opportunities to grow.</li><li>Ensure effective D&amp;A Management in both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Ensure accurate/correct monthly forecasts are submitted ahead of deadline with the objective/ intention to achieve the forecast accuracy target.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree minimum</li><li>10 years’ minimum of Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development (FMCG/FMCG Distributor)</li><li>which covers both Retail &amp; Foodservice</li><li>Experience as Nation Sales Manager or related from MNC companies or global food &amp; beverages or consumer brands is preferable.</li></ul>

Key Responsibilities: Global Portfolio Strategy <ul><li>Define and implement a unified global portfolio vision to meet future consumer/customer needs for filters and beyond filters (combustibles and next generation products)</li><li>Direct multi category program and project management to ensure innovation efforts are focused towards building a healthy portfolio</li><li>Balance global consistency with regional customization to maximize market relevance and profitability.</li><li>Oversee portfolio lifecycle management, including launches, rationalization, and category transitions.</li></ul>&nbsp;Market &amp; Consumer Insights <ul><li>Lead global research initiatives to capture consumer trends, competitive intelligence, and regulatory shifts across regions.</li><li>Translate insights into global portfolio strategies and innovation pipelines</li></ul> Innovation &amp; Product Development <ul><li>Drive global innovation programs, ensuring new products meet consumer demand and comply with international regulations.</li><li>Be the one stop shop for innovation – where commercial team and customers channel their initial ideas and requests before being formalized into innovation projects</li></ul>&nbsp;Cross-Regional Leadership <ul><li>Align regional commercial directors and managers under a global framework.</li><li>Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across markets to accelerate growth.</li><li>Act as the key liaison between commercial, operations and innovations teams</li></ul>&nbsp;Regulatory &amp; Compliance Oversight <ul><li>Monitor and interpret global regulatory developments impacting tobacco categories.</li><li>Ensure portfolio decisions adhere to international laws, trade agreements, and corporate responsibility standards.</li></ul>&nbsp;Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering ,Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field; MBA strongly preferred.</li><li>12+ years of experience in FMCG, tobacco, or regulated industries, with at least 5 years in global portfolio/category leadership.</li><li>Deep understanding of international tobacco industry dynamics, consumer behavior, and regulatory frameworks.</li><li>Proven track record in global strategic planning, innovation, and cross-market leadership.</li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across diverse cultures.</li></ul>&nbsp;Competencies <ul><li>Strategic global mindset with commercial acumen.</li><li>Ability to balance global consistency with local market needs.</li><li>Leadership and team development across geographies.</li><li>Strong influencing skills in complex stakeholder environments.</li><li>Ethical decision-making and commitment to responsible global business practices.</li></ul>

Role Overview:&nbsp; <ul><li>The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business development to achieve the sales objectives across the assigned countries in the region through effective distributor network, user demand generation. The role includes building and developing a high-performing local team and ensuring operational excellence to meet business objectives.</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; 1. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Oversee distributor relationships, shipment delivery, depletion tracking, and overall operations</li><li>Manage all aspects of On and Off Trade execution</li><li>Ensure timely processing of purchase orders, A&amp;P budgets, and claim settlements for operational excellence</li><li>Ensuring brand availability, menu listing, and appropriate pricing in on premise outlets</li><li>Monitor outlet level inventory and plan stock replenishment aligned with sales opportunities</li><li>Ensure products are correctly priced, ticketed, and displayed across unpaid shelves and paid elements (wall bays, gondolas, shelf in shelf)</li><li>Execute in store visibility initiatives and build impactful displays as per annual plans</li><li>Manage visibility and activation calendars, ensuring flawless execution of brand experiences</li><li>Plan, execute, and review gift pack promotions to deliver pre aligned objectives</li><li>Deliver merchandising services tailored to diverse customer needs</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with counter salesmen, bar managers, restaurant managers, and general managers</li><li>Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Self-motivator</li><li>Liquor Industry experience of 3+yrs</li><li>Ability to network and build relationships</li><li>Previous merchandising &amp;/or retail experience</li><li>Knowledge of retail activation planning/ management/ operation</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Excellent time management skills</li><li>Basic to intermediate MS Office (word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)</li><li>Ability to work varied hours</li><li>Knowledge of the Liquor industry and regulatory environment, and communication guidelines</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Supervise daily financial data entry in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and prepare and post journal entries along with general ledger account reconciliations.</li><li>Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, making necessary adjustments to capture all financial activities and facilitate the Record to Report process by supplying detailed financial data for management review.</li><li>Lead and mentor a team of general accounting &amp; reporting analysts with 5-20 direct and indirect reports, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.</li><li>Analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts, providing insightful reports and conducting financial variance analysis to deliver actionable insights for informed decision-making.</li><li>Review financial reports that ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations while collaborating with various departments to integrate financial data and streamline processes.</li><li>Act as the primary contact for statutory reporting, working closely with external auditors and consultants to ensure compliance and accuracy, and assist in audit preparations by providing necessary data and reports.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize general accounting &amp; reporting process</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant internal policy, accounting standards and regulations related to general accounting.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy</li><li>7 + years of experience in general accounting and financial reporting</li><li>2 + years in a management role</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and generate reports.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines</li><li>Strong leadership and people management skills</li><li>CPA designation</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Supervise the general accounting team with 2-7 direct reports, providing leadership, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment to drive performance and professional development.</li><li>Oversee daily financial data entry in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
