Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage and oversees vendor development activities across Temenos WSC cutting across multiple technology stacks (EdgeConnect/UXP, TCIB/WUI, TAP Core, oData services, Oracle, Actuate, ITX integration components).</li><li>Establish and enforce development and engineering best practices, coding standards, peer review discipline, and reusable component frameworks to ensure compliance by vendor team</li><li>Provide technical leadership in resolving complex issues and ensuring optimal design decisions during the development phase</li><li>Ensure the development work is aligned with development methodology and framework as well as the deliverables adhere to Temenos WealthSuite architecture standards, API standards, security controls, regulatory/non‑functional delivery team to drive performance, code quality, and delivery commitments.</li><li>Coordinate and ensure development artefacts and deliverables will be integrated into Central DevOps practices, CI/CD technologies.</li><li>Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and source control practices.</li><li>Minimum 10–12 years of hands-on development experience, with at least 5 years leading large technical teams (15–25 developers).</li><li>Proven track record delivering end-to-end Private Banking / Wealth Management solutions, including at least one major Temenos WealthSuite implementation or upgrade.</li><li>Experience managing mixed teams (internal, vendor) across cross-functional and multi-stream project environments.</li><li>Strong capability in application analysis, technical design, system integration, and code review within the Private Banking domain.</li><li>Ability to guide teams on development and engineering best practices, solution consistency, and quality assurance throughout SDLC.</li><li>Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across senior business and technology teams.</li><li>Ability to work independently with a Responsibilities: Application Development &amp; Delivery: <ul><li>Lead development and implementation Cards related applications with overall accountability ensuring product deliveries are timely and with good quality.</li><li>Partner with System Analyst &amp; subject matter experts to understand and implement functional and technical requirements</li><li>Provide systems input to specification phase (e.g., effort estimates, high-level delivery plan) based on impact assessment (e.g., function points)</li><li>Partner with Architects, Security and System Analysts to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards.
