Role Description: <ul><li>As a Service Desk Analyst, you are responsible for providing first-line support to our clients via phone and email. Your primary tasks involve resolving inquiries and technical issues related to all CS products in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Besides resolving requests and issues from customers and colleagues, the Service Desk is also responsible for monitoring of our current (and future) AWS platforms, testing of new features and releases, updating documentation and maintaining a stable bridge between our customers needs and our product team.</li><li>This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to troubleshoot problems efficiently.</li><li>The CS Service Desk is an advanced level Support environment, with a unique possibility to learn and gain experience on various types of expertise, such as video editing, webcasting, compliance, investor relations.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Respond to incoming support requests via phone and email in accordance to our SLAs</li><li>Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation and resolution</li><li>Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction</li><li>Take the lead on back-office related tasks concerning our products</li><li>Continuously learn and develop skills to master all ECS products and to provide deeper-level support with a more technical nature.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English – Dutch is a big plus.</li><li>Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.</li><li>Problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Flexible to shifting working hours and evening shifts.</li><li>A proactive and customer-centric attitude.</li><li>Broad knowledge of Information Communication Technologies.</li><li>Knowledge of procedures within governmental organisations, investor relations or EU regulatory requirements is a big plus.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>As a subject-matter expert you will represent UR in dealings with vendors, manufacturers, and/or design firms where expert Telecommunication engineering advice is required. You will also be responsible for leading the team to develop full spectrum engineering standards for unconventional resources within the Telecommunication engineering field.</li><li>One of your first tasks will be to work with design contractors to review spec sheets and support EPC contract design reviews.</li><li>You will also be involved in FEED consultations.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide expert advice and assistance to the UR, outside vendors, manufacturers, and design firms on Telecommunication engineering matters.</li><li>Originate and carry out engineering studies to determine potential problems and remedies to existing problems resolve, complex technical problems, and review data sheets for Telecommunication.</li><li>Inspect installations in factories and in the field.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex Telecommunications and networking system issues in operational facilities.</li><li>Troubleshoot complex server and operating system issues in operational facilities.</li><li>Develop and maintain the UR engineering standards and design best practices,</li><li>Develop and review material takeoffs and data sheets for Telecommunication and networking equipment.</li><li>Evaluate and introduce best practices and new technologies from all over the world to help the UR to achieve best in class positions.</li><li>Review and evaluate the capabilities of vendors and contractors to determine their acceptability to perform major services to UR. Act as the department representative in dealings with vendors and manufacturers.</li><li>Work on or with task forces assigned to investigate incidents or solve specific problems. Perform cost analyses and value engineering studies as appropriate. Undertake special assignments requiring extensive technical experience and discretion when dealing with outside organizations.</li><li>Conduct seminars in the resolution of technical problems with personnel in other engineering organizations. Write papers for peer-reviewed journals on engineering studies and projects the candidate has overseen.</li><li>Act as a professional mentor to less senior specialists and engineers.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in engineering. A master’s degree or a Ph.D. in engineering is highly desirable as well as a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, Cisco and Microsoft Certifications.</li><li>Minimum 12 years of professional experience in the field of Telecommunication engineering, including experience as an engineer in charge of technical work in Telecommunication engineering. Experience working with unconventional resources, and our client IT standards would be an advantage.</li><li>You will have achieved industry recognition through activities in professional societies and industrial organizations, such as IEEE, NAB, BICSI, CITC and others. You will also be familiar with TETRA Radio systems. Knowledge with fiber optics and telecom cabling is also required.</li><li>As the successful candidate you will be expected to work in remote areas depending on the project you are assigned to.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Data Governance&nbsp;<ul><li>Acts as a single point of responsibility for data governance and information governance across systems organization for data and information used in performance tracking.</li><li>Lead implementation within data systems of new documents, roles and maintain the organizational structure of data governance, master data management, data quality control and information management in a way that is fully compatible with applicable quality management systems.</li><li>Provide information for Senior Management decision making.&nbsp;</li></ul> Data Processing &amp; Reporting&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Provide timely updated reports regarding field force performances, IMS, and commercial activities.</li><li>Lead and enhance data collection processes related to field force performances, IMS, and commercial activities, via manual or digital automated templates/tools.</li><li>Ensure that all requirements for data are communicated and delivered by service providers (e.g. IS, third party vendors)&nbsp;</li><li>Track and resolve key (e.g. master) data processing optimization opportunities in liaison with system owners of computerized systems.</li><li>Lead the validation of experimental methods by preparing and signing Validation Master plans, taxonomy reviewing and approving validation.</li><li>Conduct End to end analysis in support of the management and the business needs, providing consistent solutions at short and long terms, to answer standard, along with ad-hoc requests.</li><li>Provide gap analysis, mitigation proposals and ensure a proper follow up.</li></ul> Data Engineering&nbsp;<ul><li>Ensure KPIs proposal assessment based on several environmental parameters &amp; historical data.</li><li>Coordinate acquisition of existing internal/ external data used in the systems with proper taxonomy application.&nbsp;</li><li>Establish the guidelines of master data management and data integration (BI and data warehouse)</li><li>Facilitate and ensure that data flows and data quality controls are comprehensively and consistently documented and readily available for review</li></ul> Data Quality &amp; Integrity&nbsp;<ul><li>Liaise with business and IS stakeholders to ensure proper data flows while ensuring proper data integrity and system evolution is applied.</li><li>Monitor, challenge and correct data to ensure the highest level of quality.</li><li>Ensure timely alerts/communication process related to affiliate field force performances status by connecting the dots with commercial activities deployment</li><li>Be a critical part of data warehousing development &amp; enhancement project&nbsp;</li></ul> Knowledge transfer and stream budgeting&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Recruit, develop, motivate and manage external consultant (s), and ensure that they have the competencies, capabilities and tools to consistently deliver on individual, team and strategic objectives.</li><li>Manage the stream budget and take appropriate actions in order to optimize costs and to remain within agreed parameters.&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and submit annual plans, including budget, to management and Finance.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Ability to think big, understand business strategy, provide consultative business analysis, and leverage technical skills to create insightful, effective BI solutions</li><li>Highly organized, ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little to no guidance and tight deadlines</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Perform WebLogic system administration, troubleshooting, monitoring, problem resolution, system security and change implementation.</li><li>WebLogic installation, configuration, load balancing, deploying application and maintenance of server.</li><li>Deploying the application from console, WLST and WebLogic deployer utility.</li><li>JMS, JDBC, JTA, Node manager configurations.</li><li>Plan, prepare and apply maintenance fixes and upgrades to WebLogic server software.</li><li>SSL configurations to application server for secured communication.</li><li>Troubleshoot the prod non prod issues.</li><li>Troubleshoot the issues, provide the solutions, and document the action items for future reference.</li><li>Proactively monitor the server’s status, health check, application sanity check.</li><li>Deploy, Administer, Support, and maintain middleware applications to enable communication between financial applications on diverse platforms with varying interfaces.</li><li>Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and configuration of WebLogic environments.</li><li>Assess and identify appropriate changes and make recommendations for implementation.</li><li>Assist application support team with high level problem program debugging through heap and thread dump analysis.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree holder in any related field.</li><li>5 - 10 years of minimum experience is preferred. Okay to have experience till 15 years.</li><li>Self-initiative, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and leadership skills.</li><li>Strong analytical and strategic mindset, problem solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and business partnership skills</li><li>Good command in written English.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Technical Leadership: Lead the technical direction and decisions for the e-commerce website, utilizing your expertise in latest web technologies e.g., ReactJS, AEM, Google Tag Manager, SEO and AWS etc.</li><li>User Experience (UX): Work closely with design teams to ensure the e-commerce website delivers an intuitive and engaging user experience while meeting compliance requirements.</li><li>Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain robust security protocols, protecting customer data and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.&nbsp;</li><li>Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the websites performance, addressing technical bottlenecks to maintain speed and reliability.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Bachelor or higher degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline with 5+ years of related working experience on Frontend development.</li><li>Proficiency in ReactJS/HTML/CSS, AEM, SRE practices, SEO, Google Tag Manager, AWS, and other relevant web technologies.</li><li>Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Knowledge of Agile software delivery principles and frameworks</li></ul>
