Responsibilities: Key Activities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.</li><li>Comprehensive understanding of customers’ market dynamics, segments and trends.</li><li>Engage with our Key Accounts at all levels.</li><li>New business lead generation.</li><li>Business prospecting and targeting.</li><li>Identification of new opportunities to deliver revenue and profitability growth.</li><li>Manage Sales process from enquiry through qualification to order completion.</li><li>Build strong and long-lasting customer relationships and understand their needs.</li><li>Management of sales pipeline through Opportunity Pipeline Tracker.</li><li>Support global commercial teams on deployment of regional, key account management strategies.</li></ul> Sales Planning and Market Development&nbsp; Key Activities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop and implement sales plan.</li><li>Effective customer preparation.</li><li>Delivery of market segmentation matrix.</li><li>Pitching relevant products to customers.</li><li>Support customer forecasting process with other sites.</li><li>Drive new products/solutions with innovation team from the market insights and customer needs gathered.</li><li>Attendance of Regional Sales meetings.</li></ul> Performance Management&nbsp; Key Activities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Continuous review of market performance versus the annual plan with creation of action plans to address areas of under-performance, driving new activity.</li><li>Market trend analysis and competitor activities within the region.</li><li>Pro-actively act from “Voice of the Customer” survey.</li><li>Tracking performance through Salesforce.com.</li></ul> KPI’s: Market sales and profitability versus plan and prior year. Customer feedback from VOC survey. Sales pipeline conversion rate. Sales growth&nbsp; Requirements: <ul><li>Degree (Accounting, Engineering, Business and Marketing majors strongly encouraged).</li><li>5-7 years of experiences in the relevant industries.</li><li>Experience in ERP systems (e.g. IBM Cognos), database management and advanced Excel / Access user</li><li>Strong analytical skills with attention to details.</li><li>Energetic self-starter possessing self-confidence and maturity</li><li>Excellent presentation skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal, writing and listening skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills to close deals under time and pressure.</li><li>Passion for sales and business growth Project management skills.</li><li>Highly self-motivated, ambitious, resourceful and driven.</li><li>Capable of working under pressure.</li><li>Strong sense of prioritization with the ability to quickly move from one task to another.</li><li>A flair for innovative business proposals.</li><li>Good understanding of business processes, including sales, supply chain and customer service.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Market and customer development assessment <ul><li>Provide market, regulatory, customer and competition landscape: outlook, insights and 5 years forecast&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct research of cigarettes manufacturers in Africa and intelligence on manufacturing production volume and consumptions</li><li>Conduct research of customer products, key buying factors and next best alternatives</li><li>Insights and updates on Sanctions, Regulatory, government intervention e.g. taxation, bans [Content and what it means to Our client]&nbsp;</li><li>Consumer and product research: Conventional cigarettes type [format, brand board, types of tobacco, exports and imports distribution channels]&nbsp;</li><li>Consumer and product research: Reduced Risk Product (RRP) / Next Generation Product (NGP) cigarettes type [format, brand board, types of tobacco, exports and imports distribution channels]&nbsp;</li><li>SWOT analysis</li><li>Sourcing needs: what are the roadblocks and what is require?&nbsp;</li><li>Appetite for new product launches.</li><li>How does the deal work for IMB, BAT who sold their business but has opportunity to reengage after 2/3 years?</li><li>Secure meetings for Our client with targeted customers including Top to Top meeting</li><li>Assess opportunity to work with traders&nbsp;</li><li>Market trend analysis and competitor activity in region</li><li>Effective market and customer reporting</li></ul> Customer Management&nbsp; Overview:The Brand Content Specialist will assist with the development of brand communication materials across channels (brand retail, indirect retail, consumer coaches, etc.) for our smoke free product line . Responsibilities:Support the content creation team in the execution, production and trans-creation of materials needed to support omni-channel communication such as point-of-sale materials, consumer event collateral, LAMP (legal age meeting place) materials, etc. Coordinate transcreation of various creative assets and supervise work done by external transcreation agency, to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.Support supervisor in evaluating agency creative work and production process. Collaborate with procurement and production agencies to deliver prototypes and final production specifications prior to go-to-market.Conduct agency briefings with the support of Brand Manager Content to develop creative materials; align with internal stakeholders on specific channel needs and gather feedback on creative materials prior to production.Collaborate across functions - brand marketing, consumer experience, digital, portfolio and channels team to ensure communication materials needs are met. Manage timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.Assist with presentation development, including internal management presentations, internal approval meetings (e.g. pre-market review group), pitch decks and company-wide events presentations (e.g. national sales meeting, launch event, etc.)Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, English, Public Relations, or Advertising. 3 or more years of experience in similar positions, either on client or agency side.Strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver against tight deadlines. Performs well under pressure, while managing various cross-functional parties during event execution. Creative and consumer-first mindset.US Spanish language fluency a plus.Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
