Responsibilities: Project Leadership &amp; Execution <ul><li>Lead and manage 2–3 complex product development projects from initiation through launch.</li><li>Ensure projects align with approved project charters, internal processes, and customer expectations.</li><li>Provide strong leadership to cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.</li><li>Drive a diverse and inclusive workplace, recognizing and valuing individual differences and perspectives.</li></ul> Stakeholder Management <ul><li>Identify, engage, and manage internal and external stakeholders.</li><li>Establish and maintain regular communication cadences to ensure transparency and alignment.</li></ul> Financial &amp; Cost Management <ul><li>Manage project capital, operating expenses, and resource allocations.</li><li>Ensure adherence to project budgets and achievement of financial targets.</li><li>Support economic and financial analyses, including alternatives evaluation, variance analysis, and cost calculations.</li></ul> Risk &amp; Change Management <ul><li>Develop, monitor, and control comprehensive project risk management plans.</li><li>Execute integrated change management and control processes to manage scope, cost, and schedule changes.</li></ul> Planning &amp; Reporting <ul><li>Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budget forecasts.</li><li>Track, monitor, and report project progress, timelines, and product costs.</li><li>Lead management-level project reviews and provide regular status updates.</li></ul> Continuous Improvement <ul><li>Proactively identify and resolve project issues and impediments.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement new project components, tools, and processes.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFTs) to support problem-solving and brainstorming activities.</li></ul> Education &amp; Critical Experience <ul><li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.</li><li>15–18 years of total professional experience.</li><li>Minimum of 8 years of project management experience in industrial product or hardware development.</li><li>Proven experience managing distributed and multicultural teams.</li></ul> Requirements: Core Competencies Must Have <ul><li>In-depth knowledge of Toll Gate / Stage Gate product development processes.</li><li>Strong expertise in project management methodologies and execution.</li><li>Demonstrated leadership in team management, performance management, mentoring, and talent development.</li><li>Extensive experience in stakeholder and requirements management.</li><li>Exposure to manufacturing processes such as molding, stamping, and plating.</li><li>Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels globally.</li><li>Strong background in project planning, execution, and risk management.</li><li>Proven ability to collaborate across functions and drive results.</li><li>Ability to develop and manage communication plans and RACI matrices.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Project and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Experience conducting project ROI analysis (NPV, IRR, Payback Period).</li><li>PMP or equivalent project management certification.</li></ul> Preferred <ul><li>Exposure to regulatory approval processes (UL, CSA, CQC, VDE, etc.).</li><li>Experience in the terminal and connector industry or related product domains.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: 1. Execute Hiring Strategies <ul><li>Collaborate with Regional TA Manager, Business Leaders, HR partners, and Business teams to understand short- and long-term hiring needs.</li><li>Assist in developing and executing hiring plans, executing Global SLAs are aligned with the Business Goals</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging hiring practices &amp; tool</li></ul> 2. Talent Sourcing &amp; Pipeline Development <ul><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for various key roles such as NPD, NPI, PDE, MPDE and many more.</li><li>Assist the Regional TA Manager to develop and implement innovative hiring strategies using Market intelligence &amp; Talent Mapping tools.</li><li>Leverage a mix of sourcing channels: Internal/External career sites, social media Hiring such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc., Job Boards such as JobStreet, Monster</li><li>Familiar with hiring tools such as HireEz, ZoomInfo.&nbsp;Leverage employee referrals, and University hiring</li></ul> 3. Employer Branding &amp; Candidate Engagement <ul><li>Position the company as an employer of choice in the Engineering, Tech and manufacturing space.</li><li>Create content and campaigns targeting industry professional (e.g., webinars, blog posts, meetups, TechEvents)</li><li>Craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials tailored for manufacturing, Production and Engineering professionals</li></ul> 4. Full-Cycle Recruitment <ul><li>Deliver end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers &amp; compensation negotiation and onboarding</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.</li><li>Assist implement and monitor structured interview processes, including technical assessments</li></ul> 5. Stakeholder Management <ul><li>Act as the primary liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders</li><li>Provide regular hiring updates, metrics, and insights to leadership</li></ul> 6. Data-Driven Recruiting <ul><li>Use analytics to track sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline health.</li><li>Ensure Global Hiring Metrics, SLA and targets are aligned and achieved</li><li>Publish Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Qtrly reports on the efforts and progress</li><li>Optimize hiring funnel using recruitment metrics and KPI</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Overall 8+ years of experience with Minimum of 5+ years from relevant industry</li><li>Preferably an Engineer of any discipline, but not mandatory (OR) Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration or related field</li></ul>
