Deliver regular milestone and ROI reporting to executive leadership</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Experience: 5–10 years of experience managing complex digital transformation programs, integrated supply chain initiatives, or enterprise automation rollouts in global, matrixed manufacturing or technology organizations.</li><li>Supply Chain &amp; Technical Acumen: Strong functional understanding of end-to-end integrated supply chain processes combined with practical fluency in modern AI/ML applications, automated workflows, and supply chain analytics platforms.</li><li>Stakeholder Leadership: Demonstrated success influencing senior BU leadership, aligning conflicting operational priorities, and bridging conversations between data engineers and supply chain practitioners.</li><li>Execution Frameworks: Proficiency with Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall project management frameworks with strong governance, risk mitigation, and milestone delivery discipline.</li><li>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Research, or related field. Masters/MBA, APICS/CSCP, or PMP/Agile certifications strongly preferred.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Accounts Payable – Third-Party and Staff Claims Processing: <ul><li>Responsible for posting and processing payments for third-party AP invoices and staff claims for two Thailand entities.</li><li>Verify all third-party AP invoices and staff claims to ensure approvals and relevant supporting documents are in place according to the DOA before payment.</li></ul> Accounts Payable – Intercompany Processing and Group System (HFM) Biannual Reconciliation: <ul><li>Responsible for posting and processing payments for intercompany AP invoices for two Thailand entities.</li><li>Verify all intercompany AP invoices to ensure approvals and relevant supporting documents are in place according to the DOA before payment.</li><li>Obtain Statement of Accounts from inter-company suppliers and reconcile with AP Aging in SAP B1.</li><li>Resolve any disputes with intercompany suppliers.</li><li>HFM reconciliation: Upload and match HFM transactions.</li></ul> Cashflow &amp; Loan Management: <ul><li>Provide the monthly cash outflow and inflow forecast for review by Senior Accountant.</li><li>Contribute to maintaining adequate cash flow for operations and proactively alert the Senior Accountant of any foreseeable cash flow issues.</li><li>Ensure loan repayments and interest payments are promptly processed according to the due date/payment terms.</li></ul> Tax Related – VAT/WHT: <ul><li>Prepare VAT/WHT filing/certificates/payments for review by Senior Accountant.</li></ul> Accounts Receivable Tasks: <ul><li>Follow up on collections from customers before the due date or when overdue.</li><li>Record AR transactions in SAP.</li><li>Send AR Aging report to Sales and AR incoming report to Senior Accountant monthly.</li><li>Issue AR Credit Notes based on approved CN form.</li></ul> Other Accounting Tasks: <ul><li>Update exchange rates in SAP and perform month-end revaluations.</li><li>Creation/maintenance of customer and vendor records in SAP.</li><li>Prepare and manage bank guarantees.</li><li>Support audits by providing required documents to external and internal auditors.</li><li>Undertake any ad hoc finance assignments as required.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree in Accounting</li><li>Ability to read and communicate in English would be preferred</li><li>Financial Accounting (AP/AR/Tax)</li><li>Administration of intercompany and third-party invoices, as well as staff expense claim payments</li><li>Microsoft Office including Excel and Word</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Executing Hiring Strategies: <ul><li>Collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and Business teams to understand short- and long-term hiring needs.</li><li>Develop hiring plans, agreed Global SLAs are aligned with the Business Goals</li><li>Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging hiring practices &amp; tool</li></ul> Talent Sourcing &amp; Pipeline Development: <ul><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for various key roles such as NPD, NPI, PDE, MPDE and many more.</li><li>Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies using Market intelligence &amp; Talent Mapping tools.</li><li>Leverage a mix of sourcing channels: Internal/External career sites, Social Media Hiring such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc., Job Boards such as JobStreet, Monster</li><li>Familiar with hiring tools such as HireEz, ZoomInfo.&nbsp;Leverage employee referrals, and University hiring</li></ul> Employer Branding &amp; Candidate Engagement: <ul><li>Position the company as an employer of choice in the Engineering, Tech and manufacturing space.</li><li>Create content and campaigns targeting industry professional (e.g., webinars, blog posts, meetups, TechEvents)</li><li>Craft compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials tailored for manufacturing, Production and Engineering professionals</li></ul> Full-Cycle Recruitment: <ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers &amp; compensation negotiation and onboarding</li><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.</li><li>Implement structured interview processes, including technical assessments</li></ul> Stakeholder Management: <ul><li>Act as the primary liaison between candidates and internal stakeholders</li><li>Provide regular hiring updates, metrics, and insights to leadership</li></ul> Data-Driven Recruiting: <ul><li>Use analytics to track sourcing effectiveness, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline health.</li><li>Ensure Global Hiring Metrics, SLA and targets are aligned and achieved</li><li>Publish Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Qtrly reports on the efforts and progress</li><li>Optimize hiring funnel using recruitment metrics and KPI</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>5+ years of recruitment experience, with strong hands-on exposure to direct/permanent hiring in manufacturing or industrial environments.</li><li>Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding coordination.</li><li>Strong capability in hiring technical, engineering, production, maintenance and other manufacturing-related positions across various levels.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand requirements and deliver hiring targets.</li><li>Strong local talent sourcing network in Chonburi / Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC); proficiency in Thai and English with strong communication and candidate-engagement skills.</li></ul>
