Role Description: <ul><li>We are looking for an experienced Credit Manager to oversee credit management, accounts receivable and collections activities within a hospitality environment.&nbsp;</li><li>The role will be responsible for managing credit exposure, ensuring timely collections, improving cash flow and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and trade customers.</li><li>The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hotel/hospitality credit management, with a solid understanding of city ledger operations, credit assessment, receivables, ageing, collections and credit risk.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Manage the end-to-end credit control and Accounts Receivable function.</li><li>Oversee city ledger, corporate, travel trade and other receivable accounts.</li><li>Establish, review and monitor credit limits, payment terms and credit facilities.</li><li>Conduct credit assessments and evaluate the financial standing and payment history of customers.</li><li>Monitor AR ageing, overdue balances, DSO and credit exposure and take appropriate collection actions.</li><li>Develop and implement effective collection and recovery strategies to minimise bad debt and improve cash flow.</li><li>Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes in collaboration with Sales, Finance and Operations.</li><li>Prepare regular AR, ageing, collection, DSO and credit-risk reports for management.</li><li>Monitor doubtful debts, provisions and potential credit risks.</li><li>Ensure accurate billing, account reconciliation, payment allocation and maintenance of the city ledger.</li><li>Work closely with Sales, Revenue, Front Office and Finance teams on credit-related matters.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company credit policies, internal controls and audit requirements.</li><li>Support process improvements and implementation of effective credit-control procedures and SOPs.</li><li>Lead, coach and develop the Accounts Receivable/Credit team where applicable.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>6–8+ years of relevant experience in Credit Control, Credit Management or Accounts Receivable.</li><li>Strong experience within the hospitality / hotel industry is highly preferred.</li><li>Proven experience managing corporate and high-value customer accounts.</li><li>Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, collections, AR ageing, DSO and bad debt management.</li><li>Experience with city ledger and hotel receivables.</li><li>Good understanding of credit policies, payment terms and credit-limit management.</li><li>Strong stakeholder-management and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work closely with Sales, Finance and Operations teams.</li><li>Experience managing or mentoring a team would be an advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills.</li><li>Experience with Opera/SUN or similar hotel finance systems is advantageous.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Executive Director of Operations is responsible for the leadership, performance and operational excellence of Mount Kilimanjaro Safari Clubs portfolio of safari lodges, camps, safari businesses and future hospitality ventures.</li><li>Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer – Hospitality &amp; Conservation, the role has executive accountability for the day-to-day and long-term performance of the Companys operations, ensuring exceptional safari and hospitality experiences, consistently high accommodation and service standards, effective asset management, operational efficiency and sustainable profitability across the portfolio.</li><li>The Executive Director of Operations translates the Companys strategy and commercial commitments into operational execution. The role ensures that what the Company sells is consistently and successfully delivered across every stage of the guest journey, from reservation handover and pre-arrival preparation through accommodation, safari experiences, on-property services and departure.</li><li>The Executive Director of Operations is accountable for operational delivery, on-ground sales and trade relationships in market, guest conversion and on-property revenue and expense management.</li></ul> Responsibilities&nbsp; 1. Safari Business, Hospitality &amp; Guest Experience – 20% <ul><li>Provide executive leadership for Mount Kilimanjaro Safari Clubs safari business and hospitality operations across the portfolio.</li><li>Ensure the consistent delivery of exceptional safari, accommodation and hospitality experiences across all lodges, camps and safari operations.</li><li>Take executive accountability for the operational delivery of the complete guest journey, from reservation handover and pre-arrival preparation through arrival, accommodation, safari activities and departure.</li><li>Provide executive oversight of accommodation, front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, guiding, game drives, guest activities, safari logistics, fleet operations, maintenance, engineering and operational support services.</li><li>Establish and maintain clear operating and service standards across the portfolio while allowing properties to retain appropriate authenticity and sense of place.</li></ul> 3. Commercial Delivery, On-Ground Sales &amp; Financial Stewardship – 15% <ul><li>Take accountability for the operational delivery of the Companys commercial strategy across safari operations, lodges and camps.</li><li>Build and maintain strong on-ground relationships with tour operators, travel agents, DMCs, trade partners, corporate clients and other relevant market stakeholders.</li><li>Drive upselling and on-property revenue opportunities across accommodation, food and beverage, safari activities, transfers, retail and ancillary services.</li><li>Ensure operational teams understand and effectively deliver commercial campaigns, packages, products and commitments developed by the Commercial function.</li></ul> 4. Responsibilities: Administrative Support: <ul><li>Support Business Development Managers and Away from Home Team on administrative data on sales.</li><li>Support Team in updating Team’s Budgets, D&amp;A, A&amp;P spending, and other optimization.</li><li>Lead in AR/AP collection with all Distributors in monitoring, managing and clearing out claims.</li><li>Liaison with Distributors in any request for samples, products, and leg-work.</li><li>Support in key events and activations in the region.</li><li>Conducts Market Visits – to check deployment and execution.</li></ul> Pricing and Claims Maintenance: <ul><li>Check prices being invoiced to customers match internal pricing files. Follow up with the customer on variances and missing purchase orders.</li><li>Provide updates on order statuses to the customer. Develop a routine in which the updates are provided to increase customer satisfaction.</li><li>Liaise with other affiliates internationally to receive documents or information necessary to fulfill orders or new product scoping. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Drive Ent to end Supply Chain role for assigned product portfolio across globe with manufacturing plants, subcontractors and suppliers.</li><li>Ensure the availability of Finish Goods and raw materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. </li><li>They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. </li><li>Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the supply and service level as well as the stock healthiness, benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals and definition of Root causes to drive improvement.</li><li>Actively participate in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&amp;OP) process providing the supply status, reviewing the demand outlook, and helping to create the S&amp;OP recommendations that is reviewed and approved by the Business, then drive execution of supply plan.</li><li>Help secure end to end alignment of the Signals – Guarantee effective communication upstreams of the Supply Plan / Built plan to follow from the factories and assess / identify constraints Mid Long run.</li><li>Propose and design Scenarios planning to help decisions making</li><li>Managing phase In / Phase Out process execution from a planning perspective on dedicated part of the portfolio</li><li>Manage End to end inventory performance and the identification of revenue risks and opportunities, supporting the decision-making process for potential trade-offs, including allocation of capacity.</li><li>Being a focal point to the Business/Category and market communication on status of supply, assurance of supplies, escalations, and allocation management working closely with Business Customer Care teams, Business Demand Planning Teams as well as the DC logistics teams.</li><li>Driving continuous improvement for owned key performance indicators such as Complete and On Time, Inventory, revenue realization, Order to Cash Lead time, Forecasting Accuracy Lead continuous improvement of trade compliance, Lead and coordinate cross-functional supply chain transformation projects from assessment through execution and stabilization.</li><li>Identify operational gaps, process inefficiencies, organizational constraints, and systemic risks across logistics and supply chain operations.</li><li>Drive structured problem-solving initiatives focused on service improvement, inventory optimization, logistics efficiency, and operational execution.</li><li>Establish Supply Chain governance standards, project tracking mechanisms, escalation processes, and executive reporting cadence.</li><li>Monitor KPIs and operational performance indicators to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Lead workshops, Kaizen events, operational reviews, and transformation discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure accountability and follow-through on action items, project deliverables, and implementation milestones.</li><li>Drive change management initiatives to support adoption of new processes, organizational structures, and operational standards.</li><li>Provide executive-level visibility through structured reporting, performance summaries, and leadership presentations.</li><li>Promote standardization, scalability, and continuous improvement across regional and global supply chain operations.</li></ul> General <ul><li>Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, operations, and finance, to achieve project goals.</li><li>Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports and documentation to track progress and communicate results to senior management.</li><li>Ensure process adherence and follow - up with ground team to provide an unparalleled delivery experience to customers/ cross functional teams</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field from a Tier-1 college.</li></ul> Professional Experience&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<ul><li>Strong knowledge of US Export Control &amp; CN IM/EX laws and regulations.</li><li>10+ years in supply chain/material planning within manufacturing or OEM</li><li>Minimum 3+ years in a leader role</li><li>Strong skills in planning, forecasting, inventory control, and data analysis</li><li>Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment</li><li>Good English communication (verbal and written).</li><li>High level understanding of supply chain concepts- Network, Transportation, Warehousing &amp; Role Description: <ul><li>We are looking for an experienced SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) Consultant with strong functional expertise in Forex, Derivatives, and Treasury Operations.</li><li>The ideal candidate will have end-to-end implementation and support experience across Front, Middle, and Back Office treasury processes and should be well-versed in managing trade finance, borrowings, deposits, and exposure management within SAP</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead and support SAP TRM module implementations, enhancements, and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.</li><li>Manage treasury operations, including Forex, Derivatives, Borrowings, and Deposits.</li><li>Configure and support Front, Middle, and Back Office processes within Treasury.</li><li>Handle Exposure Management and ensure effective risk monitoring and reporting.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into functional specifications.</li><li>Support Trade Finance and related treasury workflows ensuring compliance and efficiency.</li><li>Work closely with the finance, risk, and accounting teams to ensure alignment of treasury processes.</li><li>Participate in testing, documentation, and user training for implemented solutions.</li></ul> Requirements: Required Skills and Experience <ul><li>6–14 years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).</li><li>Strong knowledge in Forex, Derivatives, Borrowings, Deposits, and Exposure Management.</li><li>Hands-on experience in Front, Middle, and Back Office operations.</li><li>Experience in Trade Finance and Treasury process automation.</li><li>Strong understanding of integration with FI, CO, and other financial modules.</li><li>Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a hybrid work model across Chennai or Bangalore.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>SAP Certification in Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) preferred.</li><li>Experience working with large-scale clients in manufacturing or pharma domains is an added advantage.</li></ul>
