Responsibilities: Sales Management (35%): <ul><li>Ensure that the team achieves maximal sales and market share by meeting or exceeding standards in each customer segment</li><li>Recruit and secure suitable trading partners to drive business expansion. Responsibilities: Financial Leadership and Management:&nbsp; <ul><li>Oversee all aspects of the finance departments operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and taxation.</li><li>Develop and implement robust financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial information.</li><li>Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements and reports to management, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.</li><li>Manage cash flow effectively, optimizing working capital and ensuring sufficient liquidity.</li><li>Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.</li><li>Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.</li></ul> Import and Export Transaction Management:&nbsp; <ul><li>Oversee and manage all import and export transactions, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Handle the issuance, negotiation, and settlement of various trade finance instruments, including Letters of Credit (LCs), Standby LCs, and Bank Guarantees.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions for trade finance facilities.</li><li>Ensure meticulous documentation related to import and export activities, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.</li><li>Track and reconcile all payments related to import and export transactions.</li></ul> Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:&nbsp; <ul><li>Ensure strict compliance with all applicable international trade regulations, including INCOTERMS, Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits (UCP 600), Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines.</li><li>Stay updated on changes in trade regulations and implement necessary adjustments to processes.</li><li>Manage all aspects of customs clearance and ensure timely submission of required documentation.</li></ul> Logistics and Stakeholder Coordination:&nbsp; <ul><li>Liaise effectively with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal logistics teams to ensure smooth and efficient documentation and payment processing for import and export shipments.</li><li>Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to trade finance and logistics.</li><li>Maintain clear and proactive communication with suppliers, customers, and other relevant stakeholders regarding financial aspects of international trade.</li></ul> Strategic Financial Planning:&nbsp; <ul><li>Contribute to the development and execution of the companys overall financial strategy.</li><li>Provide financial insights and support for international business development initiatives.</li><li>Analyze the financial implications of import and export activities and recommend strategies to optimize costs and mitigate risks.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Qualified Company Secretary (CS) is mandatory.</li><li>Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Masters degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g.,1 CA, CPA, CFA) would be an advantage.</li><li>Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with a significant portion focused on managing import and export trade finance.</li><li>In-depth knowledge and practical experience in handling Letters of Credit, Standby LCs, and Bank Guarantees.</li><li>Thorough understanding of international trade regulations (INCOTERMS, UCP 600, FEMA/RBI guidelines) and customs procedures.</li><li>Proven ability to manage the entire finance function, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Strategy Development &amp; Execution: <ul><li>Develop &amp; execute a Channel strategies for strategic channels, namely QSR, FSR, Hotels which should be aligned to the overall strategy of Foodservice SSEAHK.</li><li>Define NPD and L&amp;L opportunities that we can bring to our key customers in these respective channels.</li><li>Ensure business processes are in place to support the tools required to execute against the channel/customer strategies.</li></ul> Customer Management: <ul><li>Build and maintain relationships with key influencers, decision makers with regional key customers in SSEA.</li><li>Create and drive JVP with regional Key Accounts like Jollibee, Burger King, McDonalds, Subway, etc., aligned to our strategic ambition.</li><li>Develop Key Account Management program for local country sales teams (including distributors).</li><li>Lead &amp; directly execute QSR/FSR/Hotel plans from International Zone Foodservice.</li><li>Liaise with International Zone Foodservice for global QSR contracts, participate &amp; negotiate contracts with QSR tenders.</li><li>Drive value-creation initiatives/solutions with QSR/FSR/Hotel Key Accounts (e.g. insight-drive menu ideation).</li><li>Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, strategies, consumer/market insights, and business drivers and use these to develop clear customer account plans that are aligned with commercial targets (e.g. NSV, CMA).</li></ul> Financial: <ul><li>Achieve NSV &amp; CCMA objectives in the AOP.</li><li>Effectively manage D&amp;A &amp; A&amp;P allowances to yield the highest NSV.</li><li>Ensure Strategic channels QSR FSR Hotels are achieving its sell-out targets in core countries – PH, TH, HK, MY, SG.</li></ul> Supply Chain: <ul><li>Manage NPD and L&amp;L opportunities for strategic channels (QSR, FSR, Hotel) in SSEAHK.</li></ul> Market Intelligence: <ul><li>Set up systems to ensure best in class sales intelligence (market, competitor activity) is gathered and analysed by Foodservice Marketing for inclusion in the S&amp;OP process.</li></ul> Leadership, Organization, &amp; Team Development: <ul><li>Create/enhance the Channel Management programs for key accounts.</li><li>Train and develop local sales team in core countries on key account management and execution of channel strategies.</li></ul> Requirements: Education: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in business discipline.</li><li>Fluent in both spoken and written in English.</li><li>Industry Experience&nbsp;</li><li>At least 10 years sales experiences in multinational FMCG with at least 5 years of Key Account Management experience in the QSR/FSR/Hotel channel.</li><li>Experience in any 1 other country is mandatory</li></ul> Technical/Functional Expertise: <ul><li>Strong skills in Key Account Management.</li><li>Proficient in Foodservice trading terms.</li><li>Results driven. Role Description: <ul><li>Reporting to the Regional Business Development Manager, Southern Corridor, the Sales Manager is responsible for developing and managing the country sales and marketing initiatives in line with Group strategy and ensure delivery of Plan/Budget Volumes, Margins and operational KPI’s in Zambia.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: Financial: <ul><li>Achieve budgeted volumes and margins as per the annual Sales plans targets for Zambia.</li><li>Strict adherence to credit management as stipulated in the company’s standard operating procedures.</li><li>Timely debt collection from all customers and adhere hence to the signed off contractual agreement with all customers.</li></ul> Business Performance <ul><li>Manage sales and marketing activities, creating wide portfolio of clientele, tenders and propose shift in market strategies from time to time to meet the agreed budgets.</li><li>Provide Market intelligence insights by proactive involvement with various contacts to extract relevant information and through research to drive profitability.</li><li>Monitoring sales, stock, supply to the region for trading business and publish a management reporting on regular basis.</li><li>Share information with management critical for strategy and any new information on new projects and various opportunities in the market.&nbsp;</li></ul> Compliance <ul><li>Ensure the company is in compliance with legal and other regulatory requirements regarding sales in order to avoid any breach of law or policy.</li><li>Carry out proper mapping of policies, procedures and process parameters with accounting system</li></ul> Stakeholder Management <ul><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Maintain close working relationships with the supply and logistics team to ensure proper planning of product to achieve business target satisfying the customers’ needs</li></ul> Requirements: Knowledge; Skills and Experience required for this Role <ul><li>University Degree in Business Development / Marketing /Commerce or related field</li><li>At least 5 years demonstrated experience in Oil Industry / Related Industry</li><li>Computer literate</li><li>Strong business negotiation skill</li></ul>
