Role Description: <ul><li>Centralizing and standardizing accounting into global accounting hubs and sub-ledgers&nbsp;</li><li>Implementing a standard sub ledger and general ledger for the firm</li><li>Replacing current Operating and Reporting ledgers, including those embedded in bank-in-a-box platforms such as Flexcube</li><li>Automating and streamlining accounting and ledger processes and controls</li><li>Addressing source data quality issues impacting ledgers in partnership with enterprise-wide data priorities</li><li>Aligning contractual and instrument level balances and positions with financial balances</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Owning the definition and execution of FB&amp;R Close and Substantiation strategy and related workstreams including operating model, process, and controls</li><li>Work with existing FB&amp;R platforms, Close and Substantiation teams to identify key use cases and user stories for integration into defining the Strategic Close &amp;
