Service Center Coordinator

Responsibilities: Solution Design <ul><li>Create architecture diagrams</li><li>Conduct technical feasibility analysis to ensure scalability, automation &amp; stability</li><li>Define impacted systems &amp; proactively solve issues in architecture design</li><li>Ensure alignment with principles, guidelines and standards</li><li>Prepare documentations for AWG sign off</li></ul> Solution Implementation <ul><li>Provide timely feature implementation support to vendor Analyze and translate business requirements to technical solutions</li><li>Deliver back-end architecture integration plan</li><li>Ensure implementation is performed according to plan</li><li>Identify risks, assess their potential impact, and develop risk management strategies</li></ul> Technical Guidance and Support <ul><li>Propose tech solutions and resolve architectural ambiguities</li><li>Establish opportunities, constraints and trade off for tech architecture/ solutions</li><li>Communicate technical dependencies and requirements with other domain architects</li></ul> Documentation and Reporting <ul><li>Work closely with PMO and Lead to prepare reports for stakeholders and leadership, that communicate the integration progress, risks and issues</li><li>Document issues, decisions and outcomes throughout the migration process</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Degree holder in Information Technology, Info Systems or equivalent.</li><li>Fluent Chinese/Mandarin in speaking is required.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Architect</li><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in Solution design with modern architectures not limited to SOA, Microservice, Serverless, Cloud/Cloud Hybrid.</li><li>Experiences in project management and vendor management.</li><li>Experiences in Spring Cloud development in Java, experience in AWS is a plus.</li><li>Experiences in databases such as SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.</li><li>Experiences in front-end frameworks/technologies such as AngularJS, ReactJS and Node.JS is an added advantage.</li><li>Strong capability of trouble-shooting on enterprise application defects and performance issues for both Cloud and on-premise applications.</li><li>Familiar with CICD DevOps and DevSecOps, also familiar with tools like Github, Jenkins pipelines.</li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively with China vendor.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>Transportation solutions BU makes products for Connecting and Sensing Data, Power and Signal for vehicles ranging from Two wheelers to Heavy Commercial trucks.</li><li>TS India operates out of 2 Manufacturing plants in Pune, Sales offices in Pune, Noida and Chennai and a Global engineering team in Bangalore.</li><li>The total team strength is of 3,500 employees. There is a clear business strategy till 2025 to support the business growth.</li><li>The growth is driven mainly driven from localization of Core India Specific products and also New technology products.</li></ul> Responsibilities <ul><li>Responsible to lead and drive a team of engineers for design development and improvement of Special Purpose machinery, to the plant and execution of all new projects as per agreed APQP timelines.</li><li>End to end responsible for capturing the voice of Customers and all stakeholder requirements of the product and then assess review and correct machine design to meet the expectations.</li><li>Conducting design reviews effectively resulting reliable equipment and less rejections.</li><li>Train and Coach the team to build the M.E capability and competency.</li><li>Improve the process to reduce CoPQ and improve OEE, by quality, up-time and productivity.</li><li>Identify Automation and Cost Saving opportunities and able to deliver result.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>14+ years of experience working in medium or large matrix organizations.&nbsp;</li><li>Hands on Experience in in high speed &amp; high Precision SPM designing , building and trouble shooting.</li><li>Experience in header assembly machines, fast and high precision Automation machines for Automotive industry is preferable.</li><li>Mechanical and Pneumatic systems trouble shooting and design skills.</li><li>Experience in EOL testing, like leakage, Electrical tests, AOI(Camera Vision inspection).</li><li>Updated knowledge on statistical process control systems.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Overall molding process development, coordinating with interaction processes (Stamping, Plating, Assembly) to ensure the best process and cost for F/Gs</li><li>Concept design &amp; proofing for Molding process and tooling, Process development DOE.</li><li>Technical leader and trouble shooter from LVM to HVM in process development, tooling design &amp; qualification, issue finding and problem solving</li><li>Platforming manufacturing process development.</li><li>Challenge product design for manufacturability and cost feasibility.</li><li>Launch product at rate through FACA/QCPA tools (yield, CPK, OEE…)</li><li>Launch product on time with cross function team.</li><li>Process documentation (DFM，FMEAs, WI, FACA/QCPC…)</li></ul> Requirements:﻿ <ul><li>Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering or related background.</li><li>5+ years Mold design, Process and Troubleshooting knowledge / experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of tool fabrication, tool-steel application/selection, heat treating, and plating/coating.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong knowledge of injection molding processes (Injection, Insert-molding, two-shot, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of plastic, injection machine, auxiliary equipment (strip feed, camera, etc).</li><li>Good at Mold flow simulation and analysis.</li><li>Familiar with BTI 5-Step process, and Knowledge of SIM (Scientific Injection Molding).</li><li>Understand tolerance calculations and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.</li><li>Data oriented issue finding and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Rich shopfloor hand on experience.</li><li>Sensitive on product cost, know how to drive cost through manufacturing process development &amp; design optimization.</li><li>Fluent in using of basic process development related tools like DFM, PFMEA，DOE，FAA, CTAR，CAD，Pro E</li><li>Knowledge of quality control and quality issue analysis and improvement</li><li>Good teamwork and communication skills。</li><li>Fluent in written and Spoken English.</li><li>Oversea working experience is a plus</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Primary point of contact for all service issues (in-house repairs &amp; field service) <ul><li>Contact person and coordinator for trouble shooting &amp; complaint handling</li><li>Hotline: handles incoming technical calls and routes accordingly if they cannot be addressed directly</li><li>Undertake all schedules and correspondence of repair and maintenance of customers’ valves that are sent into the Service Center for warranty, assessment or billable time and material services.</li><li>Responsible for assessing cleaned valves from decon suppliers and coordinating customers’ repairs or maintenance service request</li><li>Arrange service technicians to evaluate the service cost of the valves received from customer</li><li>Support Service Manager on Service Center reports and presentations</li><li>Create quotation including evaluation results / failure analysis for the repair and send it to customers through customer service</li><li>Act as key interface to report to business units recurring product problems</li><li>Obtain Purchase Order from customer or through GSE sales and arrange service technician for the repair.</li><li>Orders non-standard parts required from technicians for repair through GS3 RGAs</li><li>Manage the service order status in the GS3 (ERP) system from “EVAL” through “APBS” so that it reflects current progress without delay</li><li>Cooperate with Customer Service team and obtain necessary service parts in time.</li><li>Act as key interface with service department in HQ for specialized repairs not executed in the local Service Center</li><li>Coordinate upcoming field service interventions with customer and sales</li><li>Offer and implement fixed repair-service price for the customers as much as possible to reduce workload in the repair process.</li><li>Support and participate in all leading strategic projects to execute Service Center best practices including:</li><li>Housekeeping of the Service Center</li><li>Periodical utilization review of the service technician</li><li>Repair part prioritization and utilization</li><li>Support Customer Operations in periodical parts inventory audit, cycle count, scrap and inventory turns</li></ul>&nbsp;﻿Requirements: <ul><li>Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering is required</li><li>At least 5 years of experience in the Semiconductor or Flat Panel Display (FPD) industry</li><li>Competent in full Microsoft Office suites and ERP systems such as MS Dynamics or SAP is an advantage</li><li>Have experience in Order management</li><li>Possess good inter-personal skills, discipline and work attitude</li><li>Preferably with people management experience</li><li>Must be able to work independently in a high customer demanding environment</li><li>Repair experience of mechanical assemblies, valves or semiconductor process equipment is advantageous</li><li>Languages:&nbsp;English and Mandarin</li><li>Field service experience is desired</li></ul>
