Overview: <ul><li>We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist at our Cluj, Romania office.&nbsp;</li><li>The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely processing of pay for employees working in multiple countries across the region.&nbsp;</li><li>The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll process in collaboration with the managed services payroll vendor, perform analysis and generate various reports of payroll results and metrics, while overseeing and guiding payroll analysts through their tasks.</li></ul> Responsibilities: Accountabilities: <ul><li>Liaise with payroll vendors to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time.</li><li>Facilitate issue resolution for inbound/outbound integration files between the payroll system and third parties.</li><li>Review payroll output reports and distribute them to key stakeholders as necessary (e.g., bank file, GL file, tax remittance).</li><li>Continuously review and improve payroll processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve service quality.</li><li>Calculate wages based on hours worked and administer payments to employees by processing payroll cycles regularly (e.g., weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).</li><li>Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions, employee information, hours worked, leave balances, and deductions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations, including accurate calculation of taxes, benefits, and other deductions.</li><li>Prepare and submit payroll reports, such as tax filings, wage summaries, and contributions to retirement or health plans.</li><li>Address and resolve payroll discrepancies while answering employee questions regarding wages, deductions, and payroll policies.</li><li>Coordinate with human resources or timekeeping departments to verify employee hours and manage attendance records.</li><li>Assist with internal and external audits by providing payroll records and documentation as needed.</li><li>Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, adhering to privacy laws and company policies.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and reduce errors.</li><li>Coordinate with benefits providers and manage employee enrollment in benefits programs related to payroll deductions.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>A bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is often required (MBA preferred)</li><li>Around 2-3 years of relevant experience with processing payroll for multiple countries and / or large populations</li><li>Experience with third party payroll vendor management</li><li>Familiarity with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements</li><li>Experience with Workday and ServiceNow platforms and services</li><li>Verbal and written communication skills for interacting with employees and explaining payroll-related information</li><li>Ability to analyze payroll data, prepare reports, and make recommendations based on findings</li></ul> Preferred: <ul><li>Understanding of process improvement methodologies to enhance payroll operations and efficiency</li><li>Willingness to stay updated with the latest payroll practices, technologies, and regulatory changes</li><li>Good interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with other departments, such as human resources and finance</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity</li></ul> Technical knowledge and skills: <ul><li>Experience with timekeeping systems</li><li>Experience with configuring ServiceNow HR Service Delivery to manage payroll inquiries and service requests</li><li>Skills in managing and analyzing payroll data within ServiceNow, including reporting on service requests and payroll discrepancies</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices as they relate to payroll, such as general ledger entries and reconciliations</li><li>Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and their integration with payroll systems</li><li>Understanding of basic accounting principles and practices as they relate to payroll, such as general ledger entries and reconciliations</li></ul> Languages:&nbsp; <ul><li>Fluency in English and proficiency in at least one additional language (French, Italian, Spanish, Romanian, or Czech), both spoken and written, is required.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes in the renewable energy sector.</li><li>Execution and operational experience including consultative selling process to drive net new deals.</li><li>A consistent track record to build the link between technology and business impact, with strong understanding of business processes and operations</li><li>Maximum the value and optimize delivery prioritization to assist the sales process.</li><li>Business case development including financial modeling.</li><li>Identify &amp; position solution offerings and solutions built by the DTO organization.</li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with clients, utilities, developers, and government bodies.</li><li>Create and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals.</li><li>Develop go-to-market plans for new services, regions, or technologies.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Management professional with direct experience in solution development delivery, project management and business development</li><li>10+ years Business development experience in Power, Renewables, Utilities &amp; Allied sectors.</li><li>Communicate the Renewables vertical portfolio positioning and value to target client segments and company collaborators.</li><li>Ability to manage and orchestrate sophisticated large-scale cross-functional (internal and external teams) projects/programs with a focus on results.</li><li>Knowledge of technology trends and innovations in Digital transformation specifically with IOT projects.</li><li>The right offer with the right value proposition</li><li>Work with sales to set and achieve goals</li><li>Optimum structure of sophisticated deals</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>PC&amp;IS Project for Process and Packing equipment power electrical system.</li><li>Support the local project team during the greenfield/brownfield site development as well as during projects executed in current facilities (locally)</li><li>Support global standard for projects with regards to:</li><li>Lead implementation and integration of equipment control systems&nbsp;</li><li>Support development of program platform for PLC and HMI for future projects&nbsp;</li><li>Implement Motor control center, and PLC control structure and execution strategy.</li><li>Implement site Digitization and Smart Factory system (equipment &amp; utilities)</li><li>Lead the vendor selection process for the various PC&amp;IS tasks with approval from line manager.</li><li>Oversee electrical installation of all equipment aspects</li><li>Ensure power &amp; utilities authority works in place and handled in compliance</li><li>Act as key representative to of the company technical service team in terms of all electrical and controls matter (utilities, electrical design and installation)</li><li>Projecting multilayer network solution for information system.</li><li>Liaising with multiple vendors for project execution.</li><li>Liase with company global engineering and central functions (EHS, GRC, QFS) to ensure compliance in all aspects</li><li>COP support for operation support in implementing electrical project handover and electrical spare part inventory.</li><li>COP support for electrical &amp; control modification for upgrading projects. Supporting operation &amp; engineering team for electrical related solution.</li><li>Build capability among the technical service team and relevant Plant resources.</li><li>Active participation in the Implementation of the company Work System (KWS) from a support perspective especially with regard to the Technical COE and has a thorough understanding of its content &amp; process.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum college graduate or completed electrical apprenticeship and attended professional training</li><li>Minimum 2 years of field experience and electrical, control, process &amp; instrumentation aspect.</li><li>Candidates preferred with experience with food processing PC&amp;IS design, implementation &amp; integration, construction and start-up&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in Equipment/Utilities interface design and control systems (Rockwell/ Wonderware/ OSI platform)</li><li>experience in Leading and building capability Typically works independently with some direction from Manager.</li><li>Responsible for own work. Supervision of supporting team members during project execution.</li><li>Travel may be required. In the Asia Pacific Region unless assigned to a location for a project duration.</li><li>Be physically fit and able to travel and work safely on Construction sites.</li><li>Work is performed in area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear.</li><li>Equipment - Electrical &amp; instrument used in production lines &amp; utilities.</li><li>Laptop &amp; softwares - Engineering laptop &amp; softwares.
