Job Purpose: Reporting to the Financial Controller, the overall purpose of the Finance Manager role is to oversee all financials, process excellence, related administrative matters and manage systems Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: <ul><li>Monitor and report any variances from the established budgets to senior management monthly basis showing controls are in place</li><li>Prepare accurate financial reports monthly, interpret the financial results to management, research and report on factors influencing business performance</li><li>Manage the companys financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems for effective decision making and statutory compliance</li><li>Ensure to maintain master data file for loans given to related and third parties helping in understanding the live position of the accounts</li><li>Ensure Fixed asset register is kept and maintained with accuracy as per statutory requirement</li><li>Ensuring accuracy of invoicing to affiliates thereby helping them in getting the actual costings of products and decision of selling price.</li></ul> Taxation: <ul><li>Ensure the monthly filing of the PAYE returns and TDS returns are executed on timely basis to meet statutory requirement</li><li>Ensure the monthly statutory contributions return are filed on timely basis to meet statutory requirement</li><li>Communicate every change in relation to personal income tax and corporate tax matters to senior management in the organization for timely decision making.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the quarterly APS returns and annual tax returns as per statutory requirement</li><li>Ensure the liaison with other third parties like tax authorities and ensure our tax controls are up to date, backed with all supporting evidence they might require.</li><li>Conduct monthly payroll duties in a timely manner including disbursing statutory contributions as per the statutory requirements.</li></ul> Bookkeeping : <ul><li>Perform checks and bank reconciliations within agreed timelines and undertake end of year processes within the agreed timelines to facilitate timely closure of Accounts</li><li>Ensure petty cash is updated on timely basis to capture all the expenses and accurate reporting</li><li>Ensure the financial records are up to speed with statutory requirements and high quality management reports.</li><li>Act as a secondary check on payroll duties in a timely manner including disbursing statutory contributions as per the statutory requirements.</li><li>Ensure clearing of Recons Accounts to meet internal controls guidelines</li><li>Ensure Inventory reconciliation is conducted on monthly basis to mitigate reporting risks</li><li>Ensure Supplier reconciliation is conducted on quarterly basis with proper signing offs for timely settlement of Supplier accounts.</li><li>Ensure Intercompany loans reconciliation is executed on quarterly basis (principal and interest) to meet internal controls guidelines</li></ul> Cost &amp; Cash Flow Management: <ul><li>Assist the Treasury department on schedules they might require in relation to redemption/maturity of fixed deposits accounts, loans and investment in equity and debt instruments.</li><li>Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends through in-depth analysis of changes and advising accordingly</li></ul>&nbsp;Process Excellence: <ul><li>Review and update all existing business, financial and operational processes as per statutory requirement</li><li>Conduct a gap analysis for current processes and develop new proposed processes if required to control business risks.</li><li>Implement optimal process framework in accordance with strategic business objectives&nbsp;</li><li>Develop a compliance checklist and monitor progress through dashboards and/ or data analytics; Responsibilities: Sales Excellence: <ul><li>Achieve and/or Surpass Revenue objectives per identified sub sector.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive sustainable growth across the Process Industries sectors in the ANZ and SEA with a focus on driving profitable sales growth and identifying strategic new business opportunities.</li><li>Build and execute strategic plans to develop market opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and achieve sustainable growth.</li><li>Embed an agile sales strategy by leveraging a CRM system and data insights inform decision making.</li><li>Lead continuous improvement and sales excellence initiatives to increase sales, generate leads, identify market opportunities, and drive efficiencies in your teams.</li><li>Understand and meet customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively.&nbsp;</li></ul> Financial Management: <ul><li>Achieve P&amp;L objectives to meet business targets, ensuring alignment with financial and organisational goals&nbsp;</li><li>Make key decisions on budget allocation and resource management.</li></ul> Strategic Leadership: <ul><li>You have strong followership and serve as an authentic leader, coach, and advisor.&nbsp;</li><li>Build trust-based relationships and leadership capabilities at all levels by driving accountability and empowering colleagues to make decisions.</li><li>Effectively communicate the vision, strategic direction, and purpose for direct reports and the front-facing Sales Engineering teams to inspire and empower.</li><li>Lead a diverse and multi-cultural team and unite them through a common vision and collaborative environment.&nbsp;</li><li>Serve as an authentic leader, coach, and advisor to your teams to drive engagement, performance development, and foster a culture of inclusivity.&nbsp;</li><li>Promote a culture of learning and continuous growth, ensuring colleagues are constantly building necessary capabilities, knowledge and expertise to be successful and growth within the Company.</li><li>Support robust talent management across ANZ and SEA both within company and the wider group business.</li><li>Manage change effectively through maintaining balance and stability during periods of change and ambiguity.&nbsp;</li><li>Drive Total Customer Solutions by aligning sector strategy with company value chains and collaborating across central &amp; group teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Network across the wider business to share talent, identify business opportunities, and foster collaboration, ensuring alignment with group objectives and strengthening cross-functional relationships.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Sales Support, EHS, Supply) to deliver seamless customer experience, business growth, and project delivery.</li><li>Ensure adherence to local laws, regulations in each of the operating countries, and internal company policies and procedures.</li><li>In alignment with the Group and Divisional vision, provide a clearly translated regional vision, direction, and purpose for direct reports and the customer-facing sales teams.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, or equivalent experience. This must be from an accredited university or college</li><li>Visionary leader with proven success in leading sales teams in a strategic capacity, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing and empowered cross regional teams.</li><li>Strong understanding of Process Industries (F&amp;B, Industrial, Mining and W&amp;WW), including an in-depth understanding of key sub-sectors, trends, and customer dynamics, ideally within a similar regional sales position.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of developing regional Strategic business development, key account management and business development within aligned markets.</li><li>Proven experience managing budgets and P&amp;L responsibilities with a focus on sustainable growth.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business goals through both leadership and strategic planning.&nbsp;</li><li>Champion our core values, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, customer focus, excellence and respect across teams to deliver exceptional results and foster an engaging work environment.</li></ul>
