Role Description: <ul><li>The Facility Engineer will play a critical role in the greenfield design, construction, startup, and long-term operation of a state-of-the-art sterile injectable IV bag manufacturing facility. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible for all sales and marketing tactics development across the brand lifecycle</li><li>Establish brand-specific HCP domain expertise, and create engaging brand centered content and concepts for adaption into personalized and tailored customer experiences.</li><li>Embed to engage patients and drive customer behavior change across the full brand lifecycle.</li><li>Coordinate the branding and communications process through press releases, advertising in trade journals, development of key messages, channels, targeting and marketing campaign.</li><li>Review marketing briefs to ensure alignment between agency partners and brand team</li><li>Contribute to Market Research activities to support inline products, and business development opportunities</li><li>Primary point of contact for the brand division relating to customer engagements, whether direct or via 3rd party partner.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in business or a related discipline with a successful track record in Generic or Brand pharmaceutical marketing with 7+ years relevant experience with increasing job responsibilities.</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>Comprehensive strategic and implementation marketing experience where the individual has successfully driven market share against pharmaceutical competitors.</li><li>Experience in utilizing digital and other non-personal communication channels including efficiency and effectiveness optimization.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to prioritize, plan and execute multiple short- and long-term projects, while meeting all deadlines.</li></ul> Skills: <ul><li>Strong analytical skills, prior experience working with forecasts, analyzing market research results to turn data into actionable insights, and impactful communication strategies as a means to improve and grow the business.</li><li>High level of computer office proficiency required, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Word</li><li>Proficiency in managing and directing agencies and strategic vendors.</li><li>Managing and working within budgets.</li></ul> Behavior: <ul><li>High energy, and a passionate champion for the business with an ability to quickly establish credibility throughout the organization.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills and an ability to work with diverse internal and external constituents.</li><li>Strong ability to identify/anticipate opportunities, challenges and road blocks, while maintaining a solutions-focused approach and develop plans accordingly.</li><li>Ability to collaborate across multiple priorities and internal and external functional groups.</li><li>Respiratory and/or NeuroScience therapeutic area experience preferred.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Analyze DEX tool data to identify trends, predict issues, and propose proactive interventions to enhance employee digital experience.</li><li>Develop, test, and maintain scripts and tools using PowerShell and Python to automate repetitive tasks and improve system performance.</li><li>Work with data warehouses like Redshift and analytics platforms such as Databricks. Use SQL or another programming language to work with databases and create dashboards to extract insights and develop actionable recommendations.</li><li>Develop dashboards and reporting tools using SysTrack and Microsoft Power BI to provide visibility into key performance metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with IT Service Desk and Desktop Support Teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.</li><li>Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li><li>Design and implement innovative ideas to enhance customer service and reduce the mean time to resolution (MTTR).</li><li>Act as a consultant to various teams, providing technical expertise in the use of DEX tools and scripting languages.</li><li>Lead initiatives to integrate new technologies or methodologies that improve the IT environment and employee satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring issues and propose permanent solutions.</li><li>Engage with vendor support resources to resolve complex technical challenges and evaluate new technologies.</li><li>Work with APIs to integrate and enhance system capabilities, ensuring seamless interaction between tools and platforms.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proficiency in DEX tools like SysTrack, Nexthink, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong coding skills in PowerShell and Python.</li><li>Hands-on experience with data analytics platforms, such as Databricks, and data warehouses like Redshift. Proficiency in SQL as a programming language for working with databases and creating dashboards.</li><li>Expertise in Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI for data visualization and automation.</li><li>Experience in working with APIs for system integration and enhancements.</li><li>Deep understanding of IT environments, including endpoint devices, software, and cloud-based tools.</li><li>Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to improve digital employee experience.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, with experience conducting RCA and developing innovative solutions.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to identify and act on trends and opportunities in emerging technologies.</li><li>Knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and their practical application.</li></ul>
