Job Overview: <ul><li>Prepares the technical proposals, defines technical solutions and other guidelines and provides technical and administrative consultation and support to the field service staff and customers for products.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Read and interpret product drawings and descriptions</li><li>Prepare technical documentation for commercial offers, public and private bids</li><li>Follow up on services provided to customers</li><li>Create technical product presentations</li><li>Provide technical support for projects and quotations</li><li>Offer technical assistance, product information, and application solutions to meet customer expectations</li><li>Update technical product documentation (specifications, tests, installation instructions, assembly instructions, etc.)</li><li>Maintain contact with Engineering departments, Product Managers, and Customer Service teams.</li><li>Responsible for these activities in Argentina</li><li>Availability to travel.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Knowledge and application of the company’s quality system</li><li>Ability to apply procedures for continuous improvement</li><li>Familiarity with product catalog (electrical)</li><li>Intermediate English proficiency</li><li>Intermediate skills in spreadsheets, word processing, and presentations</li><li>Acrobat PDF Editor</li><li>Use of manual tools | - Teamwork</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Perseverance and patience</li><li>Proactive, organized, and methodical</li><li>Experience on electrical sector</li><li>Able to Travel Paraguay &amp; Uruguay</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a forward-thinking EUC strategy aligned with the overall IT and business objectives.</li><li>Identify emerging technologies and trends to enhance the end-user experience and drive innovation.</li><li>Service Delivery and Management: Oversee the delivery and management of all end-user computing services, including desktop support, laptop management, mobile device management (MDM), virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), software deployment, and collaboration tools.</li><li>Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing EUC team. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.</li><li>Manage team resources, budgets, and performance.</li><li>End-User Experience: Champion the end-user experience, ensuring that services are user-friendly, reliable, and meet the needs of the business.</li><li>Implement mechanisms for gathering user feedback and continuously improving services.</li><li>Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of all end-user devices and systems, adhering to company policies and industry best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with the security team to implement and enforce security measures.</li><li>Asset Management: Oversee the procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of Client’s end-user hardware and software assets.</li><li>Ensure accurate inventory management and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Vendor Management: Manage relationships with relevant technology vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and value for money is achieved.</li><li>Evaluate and select new vendors as needed.</li><li>Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with other IT departments (e.g., Infrastructure, Security, Applications) and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of EUC services.</li><li>Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization on EUC-related matters.</li><li>Problem Management and Resolution: Oversee the resolution of complex end-user issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.</li><li>Implement proactive measures to prevent recurring problems.</li><li>Budget Management: Develop and manage the EUC budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and investments.</li><li>Project Management: Oversee the execution of key Technology projects from initiation to successful completion, defining project scope and objectives, develop project plans and ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while maintaining exceptional quality.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 10 years in a leadership role managing end-user computing services.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of end-user hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), mobile platforms (iOS, Android), desktop virtualization technologies (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon, Windows365), collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365) and Video Conferencing technologies (Crestron, Microsoft Teams Room).</li><li>Experience with modern device management tools and methodologies (e.g., Intune, Jamf).</li><li>Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>The Head of Content Strategy is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with business objectives, enhances brand presence, and engages target audiences.</li><li>This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership to drive content initiatives across multiple regional audiences and channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing platforms.&nbsp;</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Strategic Planning: Work with marketing and leadership across asset classes and the client group to develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with business goals, fundraising goals, audience needs, and industry trends.</li><li>Manage content planning, production, calendar &amp; workflow: Oversee editorial planning, project briefs, deadlines, process and production schedules to ensure timely publishing of all materials.</li><li>Supervise the creation of high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various channels, including whitepapers, articles, blogs, videos, social media, emails, and event-related presentations.</li><li>Supervise the creation of all fund-related content including fact sheets, pitchbooks, elevator pitches, Q&amp;As, case studies, and asset videos.</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Launch and lead the firm’s Content Committee to enhance the governance over design, prioritization, review, production and distribution of content.</li><li>Work closely with marketing, investments, design, and sales teams to ensure content supports broader business objectives. Distribution &amp; Optimization: Oversee timely posting and delivery of content across relevant internal and external platforms including internal content library, video library, investor portals, and public website.</li><li>Communicate proactively with business and sales partners to maximize awareness and usage of materials.</li><li>Collaborate with digital and marketing teams to optimize content for search visibility and performance.&nbsp;</li><li>Reporting &amp; Analytics: Track competitor strategies, measure content performance across the media mix, track and assess audience engagement across regions and channels; proactively communicate and report to internal partners and use learnings to inform and refine the firm’s content strategy. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of content managers, writers and content creators; utilize freelancers as needed. Compliance: ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory guidelines as well as firm standards for branding and tone.&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; Qualifications and Requirements&nbsp; <ul><li>10+ years of experience in editorial leadership roles in financial media/publishing or asset management.</li><li>Strong grasp of the capital markets including alternative investments, institutional and wealth market segments.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication, editing and storytelling skills.</li><li>Strong ability to manage people, process and projects.</li><li>Ability to build strong relationships and influence individuals at multiple levels throughout the organization.</li><li>Experience working across multiple print and digital mediums and working with multi-channel content distribution.</li><li>Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and analytics platforms, including AI-driven and content automation tools</li></ul>
