Senior Application Developer - MS Power Apps

This is 1 year Contractual role. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Support the Marketing team in developing design for both online and offline channels, including social media content, banners, POSM, key visuals and other marketing materials.</li><li>Handle regulatory-related artwork tasks such as product label adjustments, packaging updated and compliance revisions.</li><li>Develop creative concepts and produce high-quality artwork that align with brand identity and campaign objectives.</li><li>Collaborate and communicate with regional teams to align on briefs, feedback and deliver final artwork to meet expectations.</li><li>Work with external agencies by ensuring all deliverables align with brand guidelines.</li><li>Adapt, resize master assets for various markets, formats and platforms as required.</li><li>Create realistic products and packaging mockups to support presentations and marketing materials.</li><li>Ensure all artwork is delivered on time while maintaining high levels of accuracy, consistency and attention to details.</li><li>Support ad hoc design requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams when needed.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education Background: Communication/Design/Creative</li><li>Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree</li><li>Working Experience: Min 2-3 years of working experiences in related area</li><li>Experience on brand design and copywriting , Adobe creative suite (Adobe illustrator &amp; Adobe Photoshop), 3D mock-up, Adobe premiere pro/adobe after affects will be a plus</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain integrations with DocuSign CLM+ and eSignature APIs.</li><li>Implement and customize contract lifecycle management workflows.</li><li>Develop robust backend components using Java and C# to support business logic and integrations.</li><li>Work with XML and XSLT for document transformations and data interchange.</li><li>Build and manage stored procedures, packages, and triggers using Oracle PL/SQL.</li><li>Utilize Eclipse for Java development and Visual Studio for C# development.</li><li>Configure and support CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.</li><li>Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, QA, and infrastructure teams.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve integration and application issues across environments.</li><li>Create and maintain technical documentation and contribute to best practices.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>8+ years of experience in enterprise application development.</li><li>Proficiency with DocuSign CLM+ (contract templates, workflow design, API integration).</li><li>Strong experience with DocuSign eSignature API and embedded signing flows.</li><li>Solid programming skills in Java and C#.</li><li>Expertise in XML and XSLT for document parsing and transformation.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.</li><li>Experience using Eclipse IDE and Visual Studio for software development.</li><li>Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the Global Demand Planning Cycle of the S&amp;OP process: Own and execute the monthly demand process from system handover to consensus sign-off. </li><li>Coordinate inputs from Sales, Product Management, and Finance, and ensure outputs feed into supply planning and S&amp;OP.</li></ul> Improve Forecast Accuracy:&nbsp; <ul><li>Drive measurable improvements in MAPE, Bias, and Forecast Adherence. Use data-driven techniques and root-cause analysis to understand gaps and implement corrective actions.</li></ul> Bridge Strategy and Execution:&nbsp; <ul><li>Translate commercial assumptions and market intelligence into an aligned, actionable forecast that drives capacity, procurement, and financial planning.</li></ul> Advance Tools and Reporting:&nbsp; <ul><li>Develop and maintain robust forecasting reports and KPIs using Excel, Power BI (or Tableau), and SAP IBP. </li><li>Push the team toward automated, visual, and insightful reporting.</li><li>Facilitate Consensus and Governance: Orchestrate monthly consensus meetings and prepare executive-ready materials that clearly communicate changes, assumptions, and risks.</li></ul> Support Constrained Planning:&nbsp; <ul><li>Collaborate with the Supply Planner to identify constraint-driven adjustments and simulate scenarios to evaluate trade-offs.</li><li>Enhance Collaboration and Accountability: Act as the single point of contact for demand planning across regions. Push for timely inputs, challenge assumptions, and ensure cross-functional accountability.</li></ul> Lead Process Improvements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Identify inefficiencies and design solutions—whether it’s template optimization, system enhancements, or training stakeholders on best practices.</li></ul> Support S&amp;OP Strategy:&nbsp; <ul><li>Contribute actively to the broader S&amp;OP cycle, including confidence-level strategies, forecast version control, and long-range planning exercises.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning or S&amp;OP in a multinational environment</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively influence cross-functional teams</li><li>High proficiency in Excel and Power BI (or Tableau); experience with SAP IBP is strongly preferred</li><li>Strong business acumen and communication skills; able to translate data into decisions</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead the design and development of complex Power Apps solutions (both canvas and model-driven) to meet advanced business requirements.</li><li>Architect and implement sophisticated Power Automate workflows (including child flows and RPA) that integrate with various systems and APIs.</li><li>Develop custom business logic and integrations (using advanced Power Fx, Azure Functions, custom connectors, etc.) to extend Power Platform capabilities.</li><li>Configure and optimize Microsoft Dataverse schemas, Azure SQL Tables. Manage data flows between Power Apps and external databases or ERP/CRM systems.</li><li>Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with best practices (including governance, authentication, and data validation) .</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks in Power Platform applications</li><li>Mentor junior developers and work closely with cross-functional teams (business analysts, IT, etc.) to support the full application lifecycle and drive continuous improvement.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field and 6 - 9 years of hands-on Power Platform development experience</li><li>Expert proficiency in Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-driven) including advanced Power Fx, component framework (PCF), and ALM practices</li><li>Extensive experience with Power Automate (cloud flows, UI flows) and proven ability to integrate Power Platform with other systems and services</li><li>Strong programming skills (JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, .NET, HTML) and experience with RESTful APIs and Azure development tools (Visual Studio, VS Code)</li><li>Experience with data modeling and database design (Microsoft Dataverse, SQL Server, Azure SQL)</li><li>Solid understanding of security and authentication (Azure AD) in the Power Platform context</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with stakeholders and mentoring team members</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Review and release material purchase orders (Raw Material, Semi-Finished and/or manufactured parts) to cover requirements and support customer demand, maintaining Inventory levels within target.</li><li>Review and Execute exception codes (messages) in system (example: 10, 15 and 20) for planned purchase orders or pending approvals, since they indicate a situation (Purchase Orders Placement, Changes and/or Cancellations) that need an action to prevent Inventory Excess, Material Shortages, etc.</li><li>Plan and execute system messages. Review and release system customer blocks with established frequency to maintain STR performance within goal and avoid Past Due.</li><li>Follow the appropriate escalation process to communicate on time any situation that could put in risk the normal performance of the business.</li><li>Track Shipments from supplier thru receiving, coordinating with logistics, customs, cross-dock, GLOG warehouse and receiving inspection to ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>Monthly Review of Materials excess and obsolescence and follow procedure for proper disposition.</li><li>Analysis of safety stock levels to meet the changing sales trends/customer demand changes.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify areas of improvement and implement preventive and corrective actions in the supply chain area.</li><li>Work closely with purchasing team to improve supplier’s performance.</li><li>Review and maintain related parameters for part numbers assigned.&nbsp;</li><li>More activities can be assigned by supervisor or manager as they are required to comply with the job role.&nbsp;</li><li>Aid VSM and Materials Manager in achievement of performance targets, including delivery (STR), inventory value, and cost avoidance/cost reduction.</li><li>Serve as cross functional liaison to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>﻿Minimum 3yrs to 5 years of experience as Planner/Buyer.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of ERP System (SAP) in modules such as: Purchasing, PP, WM, etc.</li><li>Understanding of Lean Concepts (Standard Work, Visual Management, KanBan, 5S, etc.) through PDCA.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working in automotive plants.</li></ul>
