Responsibilities: <ul><li>PC&amp;IS Project for Process and Packing equipment power electrical system.</li><li>Support the local project team during the greenfield/brownfield site development as well as during projects executed in current facilities (locally)</li><li>Support global standard for projects with regards to:</li><li>Lead implementation and integration of equipment control systems&nbsp;</li><li>Support development of program platform for PLC and HMI for future projects&nbsp;</li><li>Implement Motor control center, and PLC control structure and execution strategy.</li><li>Implement site Digitization and Smart Factory system (equipment &amp; utilities)</li><li>Lead the vendor selection process for the various PC&amp;IS tasks with approval from line manager.</li><li>Oversee electrical installation of all equipment aspects</li><li>Ensure power &amp; utilities authority works in place and handled in compliance</li><li>Act as key representative to of the company technical service team in terms of all electrical and controls matter (utilities, electrical design and installation)</li><li>Projecting multilayer network solution for information system.</li><li>Liaising with multiple vendors for project execution.</li><li>Liase with company global engineering and central functions (EHS, GRC, QFS) to ensure compliance in all aspects</li><li>COP support for operation support in implementing electrical project handover and electrical spare part inventory.</li><li>COP support for electrical &amp; control modification for upgrading projects. Supporting operation &amp; engineering team for electrical related solution.</li><li>Build capability among the technical service team and relevant Plant resources.</li><li>Active participation in the Implementation of the company Work System (KWS) from a support perspective especially with regard to the Technical COE and has a thorough understanding of its content &amp; process.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Minimum college graduate or completed electrical apprenticeship and attended professional training</li><li>Minimum 2 years of field experience and electrical, control, process &amp; instrumentation aspect.</li><li>Candidates preferred with experience with food processing PC&amp;IS design, implementation &amp; integration, construction and start-up&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in Equipment/Utilities interface design and control systems (Rockwell/ Wonderware/ OSI platform)</li><li>experience in Leading and building capability Typically works independently with some direction from Manager.</li><li>Responsible for own work. Supervision of supporting team members during project execution.</li><li>Travel may be required. In the Asia Pacific Region unless assigned to a location for a project duration.</li><li>Be physically fit and able to travel and work safely on Construction sites.</li><li>Work is performed in area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear.</li><li>Equipment - Electrical &amp; instrument used in production lines &amp; utilities.</li><li>Laptop &amp; softwares - Engineering laptop &amp; softwares. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Develop IT programs that meet defined business requirements per specification documentation</li><li>Work with IT Business Analysts and customers to understand business users’ requirements for new workflow, reports, interfaces/APIs, enhancements, conversion programs and forms</li><li>Develop and deploy SAP artifacts within the landscape, inclusive but not limited to programs, function modules, interface classes, IDOCs, DDIC objects and other requisite objects within</li><li>the application server ABAP environment</li><li>Develop and deploy SAP Fiori Applications and Services, complimented with OData service development</li><li>Lead innovative and transformative projects leveraging No/Low Code architectures within the public cloud ecosystem including Power Automate, Logic App, SAP Business Technology Platform.</li><li>Refactor existing ABAP applications into their modern BTP equivalent</li><li>Employ the latest coding practices and principles working with SAP HANA and SAP applications developed for SAP HANA</li><li>Develop and deploy API solutions within iPaaS architectures, optimizing for internal/external communication and interface usage</li><li>Code, test, analyze and implement new applications and changes to existing applications</li><li>Develop and maintain appropriate documentation including System Design and Technical Documentation</li><li>Assist in the documentation of all enhancements including comprehensive flowcharts, system configuration and technical artifacts deployed</li><li>Assist project managers and IT Solution Architect on estimations for development efforts</li><li>Perform requisite support of the global application footprint, in line with Service Level Agreements, which may require 24/7 on-call support</li><li>Assist as a mentor to fellow staff developers</li><li>Ensure that technical activities throughout the development lifecycle maximize the use of standards / best practices / solutions and minimize customization</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred</li><li>Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline&nbsp;</li><li>General IT experience: Minimum 10 years’ direct experience working and developing in distributed computing technologies, with experience in system design, trouble shooting, andprogramming in a 4GL language</li><li>SAP Experience: Minimum 7 years’ hands-on experience in SAP ABAP, including structured programming.</li><li>API Experience: Preferred experience with Jitterbit Harmony, or other API solution such as Mulesoft or Boomi.</li><li>Experience developing UI5, SAP Fiori and Core Data Service Views for SAP S/4 HANA</li><li>Working knowledge of the SAP Business Technology Platform/Business Application Studio</li><li>ABAP and the SAP developer’s workbench, SAP HANA Studio &amp; ADT, SAP Business Application Studio (BAS) and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)</li><li>Ability to transform business function requirements into technical program specs, and to code, unit test and debug customer and standard application programs</li><li>Write custom ABAP reports for SAP S/4 HANA</li><li>Advanced experience with SAP IDOC’s, BAPI’s, user-exit reports, ABAP workbench, ABAP objects, user-exits, dialog programming, reporting, Multi-level reporting/interactive, and data dictionary objects.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with SAPscript, SmartForm and Adobe Form Development</li><li>Experience with ALE, Remote Function Call and general API Development</li><li>Understanding of SAP enhancement framework</li><li>Understanding of SAP Fiori &amp; OData service framework in SAP</li><li>Understanding of relational databases, data storage and SQL concepts</li><li>Understanding of API frameworks and protocols</li><li>Ability to provide accurate and timely project management information</li><li>Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills for working with the functional teams, development specialists, and the SAP support team. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Review and release material purchase orders (Raw Material, Semi-Finished and/or manufactured parts) to cover requirements and support customer demand, maintaining Inventory levels within target.</li><li>Review and Execute exception codes (messages) in system (example: 10, 15 and 20) for planned purchase orders or pending approvals, since they indicate a situation (Purchase Orders Placement, Changes and/or Cancellations) that need an action to prevent Inventory Excess, Material Shortages, etc.</li><li>Plan and execute system messages. Review and release system customer blocks with established frequency to maintain STR performance within goal and avoid Past Due.</li><li>Follow the appropriate escalation process to communicate on time any situation that could put in risk the normal performance of the business.</li><li>Track Shipments from supplier thru receiving, coordinating with logistics, customs, cross-dock, GLOG warehouse and receiving inspection to ensure on-time delivery.</li><li>Monthly Review of Materials excess and obsolescence and follow procedure for proper disposition.</li><li>Analysis of safety stock levels to meet the changing sales trends/customer demand changes.&nbsp;</li><li>Identify areas of improvement and implement preventive and corrective actions in the supply chain area.</li><li>Work closely with purchasing team to improve supplier’s performance.</li><li>Review and maintain related parameters for part numbers assigned.&nbsp;</li><li>More activities can be assigned by supervisor or manager as they are required to comply with the job role.&nbsp;</li><li>Aid VSM and Materials Manager in achievement of performance targets, including delivery (STR), inventory value, and cost avoidance/cost reduction.</li><li>Serve as cross functional liaison to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>﻿Minimum 3yrs to 5 years of experience as Planner/Buyer.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of ERP System (SAP) in modules such as: Purchasing, PP, WM, etc.</li><li>Understanding of Lean Concepts (Standard Work, Visual Management, KanBan, 5S, etc.) through PDCA.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working in automotive plants.</li></ul>
