Responsibilities: <ul><li>Analyze business and user requirements in the Future Workplace domain (Microsoft 365, Adoption &amp; Change Management)</li><li>Translate business requirements into functional architecture</li><li>Design and deliver IT solutions (with varying complexity) for our client customers</li><li>Create detailed design and architecture documentation</li><li>Maintain and report on service delivery and project status</li><li>Provide expert guidance to customers, driving solution architecture, and ensuring solution strategy is optimally aligned with business strategy</li><li>Support project management team and other consultants in the planning, management, and delivery of customer engagements</li><li>Support sales teams with effort estimation, proposal creation and/or review, and other pre-sales activities</li><li>Maintain and acquire advanced level technical certification(s) in assigned area</li><li>Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies</li><li>Coordinate and hand over repeatable processes to remote service teams</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in the field of information technology or an equivalent combination of experience and education</li><li>Current Microsoft 365 certifications</li><li>Knowledge or experience in any of the following additional specialty areas (preferred but not required):</li><li>Large-scale SharePoint Online or OneDrive for Business migrations</li><li>Experience adhering to compliance standards</li><li>Microsoft Power Platform</li><li>Migration to Office 365 workloads from non-Microsoft platforms (Google, Box, Dropbox, etc.)</li><li>Cloud-based identity solutions (Okta, etc.)</li><li>Migration tools: BitTitan, Mover.io, Sharegate, etc.</li><li>Security assessments and best practices</li><li>Knowledge of other Cloud Services would be an advantage</li></ul>

<h1>The Role:</h1> We are a small team of 7 people working in the area of product and IT implementations.Our goal is to provide top-notch support to our customers through:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Remote and direct (on-site) technical support (mostly for product installation and configuration) ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Product training (implementation of administrators and advanced users) ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Internal cooperation on product development. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Internal training for customer advisors and helpdesk.We operate all over the country, but in the case of direct trips, we try to share the area between us, which is usually limited to the province we come from or bordering it.We offer full-time work (Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00) with the possibility of working both from the office and from home or in a mixed mode.We provide all necessary tools at your disposal, including laptop, telephone, mobile internet, car;&nbsp; <h2>Qualifications:</h2>·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Knowledge of the construction of computers and servers (so that it is possible to install and replace damaged components)·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ability to work on MS Windows desktop and server and basic knowledge of Linux (Debian preferred), at a level that allows installation of the system, network configuration and basic services such as AD, IIS, etc. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Basic familiarity with MS SQL and FireBird (installing, backing up, and using select, insert, update, etc).·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;IT experience, even if at a basic level, would be an added advantage.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High personal culture due to direct contact with customers and representing the company, as well as the ability to manage ones time and be task-oriented. ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience in working with lawyers and notaries is welcome, especially in the field of IT support ·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Cat B drivers license is requiredCommunicative English skills are welcome

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Leading the implementation of delivery in small, mid and large multi-national engagements within and across countries</li><li>Execution of high complex consulting services based on best practice</li><li>Proposing problem solving activities and approaches for dynamic customer challenges within engagements</li><li>Conducting remote workshops with customers including</li><li>Technology and business enablement advocate to advise the best practice methods in how to utilise IT to drive competitive advantage.</li><li>Provide expert guidance to customers, driving solution architecture, and ensuring solution strategy is optimally aligned with business strategy.</li><li>Ability to develop detailed project plans and work breakdown structures.</li><li>Ability to develop Architecture Specification deliverables that map customer business requirements to solution/technologies.</li><li>Create and implement a solution roadmap and select the right infrastructure and technology platform or product based on in-depth knowledge of one and broad knowledge of other technologies and/or alliance product landscape.</li><li>Design sessions to create customer specific Governance and Infrastructure Design</li><li>Implementing Cloud Resources in Azure including:</li><li>Design for high availability and establish disaster recovery capabilities</li><li>Monitor, measure, report, analyze and systematically improve system performance and uptime</li><li>Conducting Azure Cloud Migrations</li><li>Facilitate cloud migration preparations</li><li>Conduct Assessments and Report Creation</li><li>Coordinating cloud migration (application owners, vendor support, customer infrastructure support, etc.)</li><li>Responsible for Conduct cutovers</li><li>Facilitate testing</li><li>Facilitate handover</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>5+ years of experience</li><li>Cloud Fundamentals Workshops for Azure</li><li>Cloud Management Workshops for Azure</li><li>Azure Fundamentals (Enrollment, Subscription, Management Group, RBAC, Tagging, Blueprints)</li><li>Strong knowledge and exposure working across various services and components in Azure</li><li>Knowledge on Cloud Architectures - IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, Docker.</li><li>Datacentre Infrastructure Administration</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills in English</li><li>Azure Compute (VMs, Scale Sets, Cloud Services - Worker/Web)</li><li>Azure Storage (Blob, Files, Disk)</li><li>Azure Networking (Load Balancer, Application Gateway, DNS, VPN)</li><li>Azure Security (Firewalls, Azure Security Center, WAF, IDS, IPS, NSG)</li><li>Knowledge on Azure Migrate and Azure Site Recovery</li><li>Facilitate rollbacks/rescheduling if required</li><li>Migration Status reporting</li><li>Document deliverables</li><li>Lead customers in remote meeting</li><li>Communicates clearly and tactfully</li><li>Ensures information is accurate and complete</li><li>Motivated and quick learner</li><li>Willingness mentor, teach, share knowledge with team members and other operational teams</li></ul> Certification: <ul><li>AZ-103/104</li><li>AZ 303/304, AZ-500, AZ-140 would be an advantage</li><li>Working knowledge in the following areas of Azure</li><li>Azure Active Directory</li><li>Azure Identity (Authentication &amp; Authorization)</li><li>Azure Compute (VMs, ScaleSets, Cloud Services - Worker/Web)</li><li>Azure Storage (Blob, Files, Disk)</li><li>Azure Networking (Load Balancer, Application Gateway, DNS, VPN)</li><li>Azure Security (Firewalls, Azure Security Center, WAF, IDS, IPS, NSG)</li><li>Azure SQL Migration</li><li>Authoring Azure Resource Manager (ARM) Templates</li><li>Experience with AWS/GCP/AzureStack/OpenStack will be advantageous</li><li>Language skills – Polish, English, Ukrainian would be an advantage</li></ul>
