Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company’s IP strategy by developing and maintaining the company’s patent portfolio.</li><li>Work with Research and Development to produce the most effective U.S. and foreign patent strategies and portfolios for company products and projects.</li><li>Work closely with Research and Development to identify patentable inventions. participate in internal invention disclosure assessments. provide guidance regarding the patentability of inventions under review.&nbsp;</li><li>prepare and prosecute high-quality, strategic patents (both utility and design).&nbsp;</li><li>assign and efficiently manage work performed by outside law firms. review applications and prosecution materials prepared by outside counsel. provide technical and legal commentary to ensure overall application quality.&nbsp;</li><li>work with the IP team to develop and implement patent strategies and processes. and work with R&amp;D and other departments to understand business priorities and challenges to incorporate those into a comprehensive IP strategy.</li><li>Support/lead in the development of patentability, validity, infringement, freedom-to-operate opinions, and requisite patent searching.</li><li>Monitor competitor activity, initiating and controlling measures to invalidate third-party patent rights.</li><li>Manage patent families and select patent portfolios on a global basis.</li><li>Education of internal research and development teams about company IP policies and the importance of IP.</li><li>Manage IP budget and set priorities for investment in intellectual property.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>D.degree from an accredited law school.</li><li>Membership in good standing in at least one state bar.</li><li>Registration to practice before the USPTO.</li><li>Advanced Science Degree (Chemistry, Biology or Pharmacy).</li><li>At least 10 years of in-house legal experience and proven track record in IP management at a pharmaceutical company.</li><li>Ideal candidate will also have some experience with devices or with engineering.</li><li>Candidate should demonstrate very deep scientific understanding of chemistry and pharmaceuticals and an ability to rapidly acquire and apply new knowledge.</li><li>Experience with preparation, prosecution, and e-filing of U.S. and foreign patent applications.</li><li>Experience in all aspects of IP counseling, including freedom to operate and validity opinions.</li><li>Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong analytical skills.</li><li>Excellent business judgment related to critical IP issues, and strategic thinking capability.</li><li>Ability to be flexible and provide critical and clear IP advice to internal client groups.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously</li><li>The candidate will be located in Somerset, New Jersey.</li><li>Travel is required and the candidate should be prepared to regularly travel to the company’s Research and Development facilities in Florida and the Netherlands.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Analyze DEX tool data to identify trends, predict issues, and propose proactive interventions to enhance employee digital experience.</li><li>Develop, test, and maintain scripts and tools using PowerShell and Python to automate repetitive tasks and improve system performance.</li><li>Work with data warehouses like Redshift and analytics platforms such as Databricks. Use SQL or another programming language to work with databases and create dashboards to extract insights and develop actionable recommendations.</li><li>Develop dashboards and reporting tools using SysTrack and Microsoft Power BI to provide visibility into key performance metrics.</li><li>Collaborate with IT Service Desk and Desktop Support Teams to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.</li><li>Proactively engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.</li><li>Design and implement innovative ideas to enhance customer service and reduce the mean time to resolution (MTTR).</li><li>Act as a consultant to various teams, providing technical expertise in the use of DEX tools and scripting languages.</li><li>Lead initiatives to integrate new technologies or methodologies that improve the IT environment and employee satisfaction.</li><li>Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring issues and propose permanent solutions.</li><li>Engage with vendor support resources to resolve complex technical challenges and evaluate new technologies.</li><li>Work with APIs to integrate and enhance system capabilities, ensuring seamless interaction between tools and platforms.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Proficiency in DEX tools like SysTrack, Nexthink, or similar platforms.</li><li>Strong coding skills in PowerShell and Python.</li><li>Hands-on experience with data analytics platforms, such as Databricks, and data warehouses like Redshift. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Conduct market research to identify potential customers in the Industrial Sector in Mumbai / Gujarat &amp; North India.</li><li>Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to reach potential customers in these sectors.</li><li>Key account management including End Users, OEMs &amp; System Integrators.</li><li>Build long-term customer business relations right from the concept phase and ensure product standardization at customer sites.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with existing customers in these sectors, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.</li><li>Attend industry events and exhibitions to showcase WMFTS products and engage with potential customers.</li><li>Provide technical expertise and assistance to customers, helping them to select the most suitable equipment for their specific applications in these sectors.</li><li>Act as the customers advocate and ensure their technical needs are met.</li><li>Work closely with the WMFTS product development team to identify and develop new products that meet the specific needs of the Process Industries in India.</li><li>Produce and maintain detailed documentation on all customer interactions, including project timelines, equipment specifications, and budget constraints.</li><li>Provide ongoing technical support and guidance to other departments within the company as required to ensure that all customers receive the highest level of service and support.</li><li>Provide high-quality technical support to prospects and customers during pre- and post-sales situations.</li><li>Understand and solve challenging application problems by recommending appropriate company solutions.</li><li>Update records in CRM interface for opportunity pipeline, appointments, lead and present business analytical data through CRM.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Lead and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to build strong relationships.</li><li>Quickly identify and solve technical issues to provide optimal customer service.</li><li>Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet project deadlines and targets.</li><li>Work independently and demonstrate strong self-motivation.</li><li>Follow procedural guidelines and work methodically to ensure consistent high-quality output.</li><li>Hold relevant diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a strong business background.</li><li>Preferably have at least 10 -15 years of experience in the Fluid Handling Industry (Alfa Laval / Roto Pumps IDMC / SPX / IDEX ), with a specific focus on pumps used in Process Industry applications.</li><li>Possess excellent written and spoken English communication skills.</li></ul>
