Responsibilities: <ul><li>Management of finance team to ensure delivery of timely, accurate monthly accounts, preparation of the financial pack and KPIs.</li><li>The key focus will be to drive financial and business improvements in the Filter Products manufacturing site and to act as a business partner to the local GM and management team.</li><li>Support is also required for the local Distribution business.</li><li>Review site month end financials, prepare variance analysis with supporting commentary consolidate for the Hungary region.</li><li>Drive site Gross margin and Non-productive spend initiatives.</li><li>Prepare and review customer and product analysis (pricing, revenue and margin).</li><li>Drive working capital improvements including cash collection and inventory management.</li><li>Ensure that standard costs are maintained and implemented across the product range in the Filter Products manufacturing site.</li><li>Review site control files and trial balances to ensure no financial risk to the business and instil robust financial controls.</li><li>Ensure that all sites comply with the Filtrona Accounting Manual (EAM).</li><li>To support the businesses in the preparation of the annual Plan and quarterly forecasts for the region and associated presentations and packs.</li><li>Review of all capex appraisals pre sign off and follow up on actual spend v plan.</li><li>Attend and present the financials at the monthly operational reviews.</li><li>Legal and banking signatory for the Filter Products business and sign off monthly payroll run.</li><li>Review monthly FX hedging forecasts and submissions to Group Treasury</li><li>Deal with Group, SBU and Regional FD requests</li><li>Lead the preparation for the Hungarian internal and external audits.</li><li>Develop staff and identify training needs within the team. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Account Manager for identified BFSI accounts.</li><li>Manage all revenue streams from these Accounts by collaborating with cross functional teams and extended teams</li><li>Build strong relationships with the client at all management levels, including CXOs. You should be able to create strong business relations between company and the account partners at all levels</li><li>Develop a long term 1-3 year Account / Business Plan in collaboration with cross functional teams to align with the customers long term growth, innovation plans and transformational business opportunities.</li><li>Drive the execution of a 12 month Account / Business plan to meet set milestones and goals. Responsibilities: Order Entry: <ul><li>Download customer orders and forecasts from customer portals, organize, and enter into SAP system.</li><li>Work with customers, sales, and planners to resolve system alerts and ensure order and forecast accuracy.</li></ul> Material &amp; Delivery Tracking <ul><li>Coordinate with internal planners to expedite materials, manage inbound stock, and ensure timely shipment from warehouse.</li><li>Track delivery to customer sites, covering new project samples, mass production, and aftermarket requirements.</li><li>Familiar with VMI/CMI processes; monitor stock levels, replenish in time, and track quantities consumed but not invoiced, as well as received but not yet&nbsp;</li><li>consumed inventory.</li></ul> Accounts Receivable Control: <ul><li>Follow up on overdue payments with customers.</li><li>Support sales in achieving monthly collection targets.</li></ul> Quality Issue Handling: <ul><li>Use SAP to process returns, replacements, or refunds for confirmed quality issues.</li></ul> Customer Special Requirements: <ul><li>Understand customer-specific shipping requirements (labels, delivery notes, returnable packaging, etc.) and prepare work instructions for warehouse in&nbsp;</li><li>advance.</li><li>Perform monthly reconciliation with customer statements and notify Finance for invoicing.</li></ul> Other Support: <ul><li>Assist sales with price applications and adjustments.</li><li>Handle related paperwork such as new account creation, FOC, CR&amp;DR, Rebate, and Cost Claim requests.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree.
