Responsibilities: <ul><li>Primary responsibility is to develop applications which will be used by the operators/technicians in the manufacturing area globally by using .net platform.</li><li>Developing, testing, and maintaining software applications using .NET framework and related technologies.</li><li>Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and design and implement software solutions.</li><li>Maintain the existing applications and fix issues and explain the user about the timelines in resolving the issues.</li><li>Troubleshooting and debugging software issues, and providing timely resolutions.</li><li>Collaborating with peers to support/design the best solution possible.</li><li>Ensure error-free coding that adheres to best coding practices.</li><li>Implement best practices and methodologies for security, quality, and development approach.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Client is looking for a Full Stack Developers with 5 - 10years of experience in .net technology.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with US- based teams.</li><li>5+ years of recent hands-on experience developing ASP.NET Core and ASP.NET MVC applications.</li><li>Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOPs) concepts and software design principles.</li><li>Familiarity with the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) and development methodologies.</li><li>Hands-on experience in database design, architecture, and integration.</li><li>Proficient with: WebAPI, Entity Framework, ADO.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript,jQuery, Ajax</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications: <ul><li>Knowledge in OSI Soft PI tools. - PIMS good to have</li><li>Basic SAP knowledge.</li><li>VB.net windows applications.</li><li>Blazor (server-side and/or WebAssembly) — experience building component-based UIs with Blazor</li><li>AngularJS — experience maintaining or migrating AngularJS single-page applications,VB.NET</li><li>Experience working with modern web technologies and frameworks; ability to evaluate and adopt appropriate tools for project needs.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide application L1/L2 support and system checks (CPU, disk usage, logs, services)</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve system and application issues, and provide on-site technical support to ensure timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations</li><li>Monitor application health and system alerts, escalating issues as needed</li><li>Log incidents and service requests in the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution</li><li>Coordinate with L3 teams and vendors for issue escalation and follow-up</li><li>Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as application updates, patching, and backups</li><li>Maintain clear documentation of issues, fixes, and procedures</li><li>Participate in system testing, deployment, and post-deployment support activities</li><li>Assist in user access management and configuration </li><li>Requirements:</li><li>Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications Engineering or equivalent</li><li>Minimum 2 years in application maintenance, support or server infrastructure setup</li><li>Experience participating in Kubernetes cluster projects, with proficiency in using relevant commands to check application logs</li><li>Experience with at least two of the following Virtualization Technology/Platforms: VMware, Xen, KVM, OpenStack, Cloud Stack, Azure Stack</li><li>Experience with cloud orchestration, configuration management and auto-scaling techniques</li><li>Thorough knowledge of networking, routers, switches, and WiFi setup</li><li>Hands on experience in deploying ceph using different file system such as object storage, rbd, cephfs storage</li><li>Good knowledge of storage technologies, such as NAS, SAN, SDS</li><li>Experience with automation tools such as Salt/Chef/Puppet/Ansible</li><li>Experience with load balancing setup for TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, routings.</li><li>Experience in using software version control</li><li>Knowledge of IT security standards, for instance from CIS or IM8.</li><li>Experience in IT security policy management and enforcing IT security</li><li>Knowledge of computer hardware components and ability to restore faulty servers to working condition.</li><li>Experience in coding or scripting languages such as bash, windows batch script, powershell, perl, python, etc.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Setup and Configuration. Deploy and configure M365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, Windows 10/11 Deployment and Intune.</li><li>Implement security and compliance policies to ensure data classification and compliance.</li><li>Conduct Proof of Concept (POC), new product evaluations and fitment.</li><li>Configure and manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions.</li></ul> Management and Operation: <ul><li>Monitor and maintain the health and performance of M365 services.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services and applications.</li><li>Perform regular updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and security.</li></ul> Collaboration and Support: <ul><li>Work closely with other IT teams to integrate M365 services with existing systems and applications.</li><li>Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.</li><li>Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users effectively utilize M365 services.</li></ul> Continuous Improvement: <ul><li>Stay up-to-date with the latest M365 features, updates, and best practices.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and productivity</li><li>Participate in the planning and lead execution of M365-related projects and initiatives.</li></ul> Requirements: Additional Requirement details - Microsoft 365 Certified: <ul><li>Enterprise Administrator Expert or other relevant certifications.</li><li>roven experience in setting up, configuring, managing, and operating M365 tenant and workloads.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 services, including Teams, Exchange Online, Windows 10/11 Deployment and Intune.</li><li>Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.</li><li>Experience with hybrid M365 environments and integration with on-premises systems.</li><li>Familiarity with security and compliance features in M365, such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).</li><li>Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and related identity management solutions.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul> Educational Qualification: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field</li></ul> Experience: <ul><li>Minimum 5 to 6 years in EUC environment.</li><li>2 to 3 years of experience with skilled and experienced M365 Engineer and responsible for setting up, configuring, managing, and operating our M365 tenant and workloads. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services.</li></ul>

Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.</li><li>Manage team resources, budgets, and performance.</li><li>End-User Experience: Champion the end-user experience, ensuring that services are user-friendly, reliable, and meet the needs of the business.</li><li>Implement mechanisms for gathering user feedback and continuously improving services.</li><li>Security and Compliance: Ensure the security and compliance of all end-user devices and systems, adhering to company policies and industry best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with the security team to implement and enforce security measures.</li><li>Asset Management: Oversee the procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of Client’s end-user hardware and software assets.</li><li>Ensure accurate inventory management and cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Vendor Management: Manage relationships with relevant technology vendors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met and value for money is achieved.</li><li>Evaluate and select new vendors as needed.</li><li>Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with other IT departments (e.g., Infrastructure, Security, Applications) and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of EUC services.</li><li>Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization on EUC-related matters.</li><li>Problem Management and Resolution: Oversee the resolution of complex end-user issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.</li><li>Implement proactive measures to prevent recurring problems.</li><li>Budget Management: Develop and manage the EUC budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and investments.</li><li>Project Management: Oversee the execution of key Technology projects from initiation to successful completion, defining project scope and objectives, develop project plans and ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while maintaining exceptional quality.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 10 years in a leadership role managing end-user computing services.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of end-user hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), mobile platforms (iOS, Android), desktop virtualization technologies (e.g., Citrix, VMware Horizon, Windows365), collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365) and Video Conferencing technologies (Crestron, Microsoft Teams Room).</li><li>Experience with modern device management tools and methodologies (e.g., Intune, Jamf).</li><li>Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and service management principles.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li><li>Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.</li></ul>
