Role Description:&nbsp; <ul><li>As a Wire/Cable Senior R&amp;D/Product Development Engineer at our clienty, you will work in a dynamic, diverse environment focusing on the development and qualification of high-speed bulk cable products.</li><li>This role supports the full product lifecycle—from concept and design through testing, production, and release—while collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams.</li></ul> Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Lead the design, specification, and documentation of bulk cable Signal Integrity (SI) and physical testing interfaces for high-speed bulk cable applications.</li><li>Interact with Cable Assembly SI teams to correlate bulk cable data with cable assembly SI/physical test results.</li><li>Collaborate with customers and end-users to understand use case requirements and establish test specifications aligned with industry standards.</li><li>Work with internal and external vendors to design and implement test equipment and fixtures.</li><li>Develop, document, and maintain bulk cable SI/physical test protocols.</li><li>Train bulk cable test personnel across all our client DDN bulk cable locations on the use of testing fixtures and procedures.</li><li>Deliver technical presentations to both internal teams and external customers as needed.</li><li>Support and participate in company safety (SAFE) and ISO compliance activities.</li><li>Provide technical support for maintenance and calibration of bulk cable test equipment.</li><li>Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives supporting business objectives.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Strong knowledge of circuit analysis&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with reliability testing and engineering.</li><li>Proficient in using Network Analyzers and working with S-Parameters.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Lead process development, implementation, and documentation for bulk cable manufacturing.</li><li>Support product/process validation and transfer activities.</li><li>Assist with product qualification, working closely with engineering and test lab teams.</li><li>Partner with Product Development/Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability.</li><li>Interact with test laboratories on process/product qualification tasks, including DOE, PFMEA, 8D investigations, and Failure Analysis (FA).</li><li>Support tooling specification and design for manufacturing processes.</li><li>Provide engineering support to additional manufacturing sites as required.</li><li>Collaborate with suppliers to ensure process compliance and capability.</li><li>Support SAFE (Safety Activities For Employees) and ISO quality compliance initiatives.</li><li>Provide technical support for manufacturing maintenance activities.</li><li>Participate in cross-functional projects that support business growth and continuous improvement.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Strong knowledge of materials, processes, and systems used in wire and cable manufacturing.</li><li>Proficient in CAD software for tooling and process design.</li><li>Practical knowledge and experience with SPC (Statistical Process Control), Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing principles.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight timelines.</li><li>Willingness to travel internationally up to 30% as required.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>The primary responsibility is to fulfill specific sales duties for companys OEM.</li><li>Developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.</li><li>Understanding the customers business, goals, and challenges to provide strategic value.</li><li>Identifying new business opportunities within the assigned accounts.</li><li>Developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed our revenue targets.</li><li>Collaborating with cross functional teams (e.g., sales, engineering, presales &amp; marketing) to deliver OEM solutions.</li><li>Proactively communicating with customers to understand their needs and provide support.</li><li>Resolving any customer issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.</li><li>Forecasting sales and revenue for the assigned channel accounts.</li><li>Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Education – Degree level or above in a relevant field – Engineering/Business and possess a track record of 8+ years of sales experience in the OEM or related industry.</li><li>Markets – Must possess foundational knowledge and experience in cable and wire products. Should have existing connections and networks within the OEM sector, particularly in Malaysia and Singapore. Experience in the industrial or semi related verticals will be an advantage.</li><li>Customers Define our Success – Results-oriented with a process mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong ownership &amp; should be comfortable with communication/engagement with customers and partners. Willing to dedicate extra time and travel to meet objectives and perform effectively under high pressure.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Participates in the Design and Development of tools and molding processes to support the development of new products.</li><li>Provides support in product development, manufacturing optimization designs, tooling sampling, product samples, and prototypes.</li><li>Determines the most suitable manufacturing concepts for tooling related to forecasted production quantities, quality requirements, and manufacturing location</li><li>Responsible for collaborating with global experts (CoE molding) to continuously update and improve operational standards regarding plastic injection molding</li><li>Responsible for providing budgets for new tools and molding processes.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring, together with the multidisciplinary team, that molds and processes are designed to produce high-quality products efficiently and effectively with the lowest possible cost.</li><li>Responsible for coordinating and tracking engineering changes to injection molds.</li><li>Responsible for supporting the management of resources for the mold shop area.</li><li>Responsible for participating in the Plants Continuous Improvement Programs.</li><li>Provides support in analyzing tooling and equipment capacities for new part numbers and changes in quoted volumes.</li><li>Responsible for participating in the development of new products, engineering changes for molds, ensuring adherence to engineering and internal standards.</li></ul> Requirements: Preferred Years of Experience / Minimum Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.</li><li>5+ years of experience in a similar role.</li><li>Team management experience.</li></ul> Required Skills and Competencies: <ul><li>Proficiency in design software (CAD): Creo (Pro-E), SolidWorks, Space Claim, AutoCAD, CATIA (preferably).</li><li>Proficiency in machining software (CAM): Creo ProNC, Mastercam, SolidCam (preferably).</li><li>Proficiency in plastic filling simulation software (CAE): Moldflow, Autodesk Moldflow, ANSYS.</li><li>Basic knowledge of plastic injection molding processes.</li><li>Strong knowledge in tool manufacturing, tool steel application/selection, heat treatment, and plating/coating.</li><li>Strong understanding of polymer technology, particularly engineering-grade resins.</li><li>Knowledge of Scientific Injection Molding and/or Mastermolding Certification (desirable).</li><li>Knowledge of Six Sigma and LEAN principles.</li><li>Knowledge of geometric tolerances.</li><li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Understanding of practices, terminology, and tolerances associated with manufacturing, machining, grinding, wire EDM, casting, etc.</li><li>Availability to travel (25% of the time).</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Knowledge of SAP.</li><li>Ability to exercise effective leadership.</li><li>Ability to read specialized reports (scientific and technical papers, legal reports).</li><li>Intermediate - Advanced English proficiency (85%).</li><li>Applicable knowledge for the position in IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.</li><li>Knowledge of the company’s safety regulations and environmental management system.</li></ul>

Role Description: <ul><li>Automotive Business unit responsible for Passenger Vehicle segment.</li><li>The product portfolio includes Terminals &amp; Connectors, Hybrid &amp; Electrical Mobility Solutions (HEMS) products, Data Connectivity solutions and others.</li><li>Leads and manages the sales team, facilitates strategic planning process, and drives the incremental growth objectives of key product lines.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Managing the sales team and managers and supporting the development of sales training programs and tools to ensure team members are equipped to achieve their targets.</li><li>Analyzing competitive activity, business opportunities, sales trends, and results within a region and developing monthly sales territory and account strategies to increase market share.</li><li>Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and finance, to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.</li><li>Meeting and exceeding assigned targets for profitable sales and growth across product lines, market areas, and channels.</li><li>Leads the Sales Segment - CAM</li><li>Team Management</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Requires bachelor’s degree BE/ B-Tech (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical) with Master’s degree preferred.</li></ul> Critical Experience <ul><li>12 or more years of experience in account management and Sales.</li><li>Good exposure to automotive OEM’s / Tier-1s</li><li>Exposure to Interconnection ecosystem (Harness makers, component manufacturer’s) preferred.</li><li>High level of relationship management and can manage multiple key accounts</li><li>Excellent leadership and team management skills – ability to train and mold the team for success.</li><li>Expert level of Sales forecasting, strategic sales planning and understanding customer needs</li><li>Expert level of negotiation and relationship management.</li><li>Expert level of account management, sales forecasting and strategic sales planning</li><li>Collaborates with the customer on large account activities and monitors customer satisfaction.</li></ul>
