Primary Function: <ul><li>The Global Business Services (GBS) Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for driving the efficiency and productivity targets for GBS process areas and providing a path to value through various initiatives with a heavy focus on digital solutions and automation.&nbsp;</li><li>The Continuous Improvement Manager will facilitate ideation sessions, apply Kellanova Work Systems principles of value stream mapping and lean six sigma to drive standard ways of working in the process.&nbsp;</li><li>This role will be responsible for process catalogs, process mapping, governance of desktop procedures, and is the primary gatekeeper of standard ways of working within GBS.</li><li>A critical component of the role will be monetization of the value created through process efficiencies and digital solutions as well as scalability and standardization globally.</li><li>This role will work closely with various stakeholders, including senior management, operations, and business partners, to identify and prioritize the opportunities and challenges, and propose and implement effective solutions.</li><li>This role will follow standard ways of working to monitor and evaluate the results and impact of initiatives and share best practices and lessons learned</li></ul> Dimensions: <ul><li>Responsible for delivering digital solutions for GBS and driving automation, process intelligence, and analytics through organization</li><li>Own the platform architecture for GBS digital capabilities in process intelligence, automation and analytics to set GBS up for future growth and maturity across technologies</li><li>Governance of technology budget, roadmap, and metrics/measurement of digital tools in collaboration with operational results and future value stream identification</li><li>Ownership of the Digital/Data Center of Excellence to create digital kreators through GBS to make digital ways of working a part of our DNA &amp; designing a coaching program to educate analysts on digital opportunities and personal growth</li><li>Delivering on digital projects and initiatives &amp; executing change management to ensure success</li><li>Having a global, external focus for GBS and challenging the organization to deliver value, while benchmarking against peers and industry enablers</li><li>Engage GBS leaders in the future of digital &amp; educate on future opportunities through stakeholder engagement</li></ul>&nbsp;Responsibilities: <ul><li>Own and lead ideation sessions to expand organization solutioning from an automation perspective, including actioning on ideas and realizing value from solution</li><li>Develop and execute governance and best practices for Kellanova Work Systems standard ways of working, including desktop procedures, process maps, taxonomy activities, process catalogs, SIPOCs, and Project Submission Portal value realization activities</li><li>Govern continuous improvement processes within the worksteam and engage operational teams in best practices</li><li>Deliver value realization/efficiencies for the organization on a monthly basis to cumulate into productivity for GBS</li><li>Advise on global scale of solutions and standard ways of working</li><li>Act as coach for continuous improvement with operation teams and GBS leaders to build capability in value realization across GBS</li><li>Create and deliver the value roadmap for GBS, aligning with the business objectives, productivity targets, and priorities and analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization</li><li>Provide business process guidance and oversight for automation and integration projects across GBS, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and quality.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and partners, to deliver efficiency solutions that meet the needs of GBS and its stakeholders</li><li>Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in process area to enable new solutions and evaluate their applicability and suitability for GBS .</li><li>Develop and maintain metrics to measure continuous improvement projects, including cost, quality and speed metrics and maintain metric portfolio to understand state of GBS process to understand sources of loss to improve the process</li><li>Implement and leverage process intelligence to understand process waste areas and work with operational teams to realize efficiencies from analysis</li><li>Create calendar with planned CI activities for each process area, align with stakeholders on annual plan, and measure against timelines</li><li>Assess end to end processes with business partners to improve risk profile against quality metrics to drive improvement</li></ul>&nbsp;Work Environment: <ul><li>This position requires some travel and working extended and irregular hours.&nbsp;Travel is typically required less than 5 percent of the time.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Desired: Bachelors degree in business, IT, engineering, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in delivering value realization through continuous improvement.</li><li>Experience in managing multiple projects and tracking project success.</li><li>Knowledge of automation tools such as Celonis, PowerBI, Service Now, and other automation and analytics solutions.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize the opportunities and challenges, and propose and implement effective solutions.</li><li>Communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical and process improvement concepts in a clear manner to various audiences and levels.</li><li>Collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships across the organization and with external parties</li></ul>

Responsibilities : <ul><li>Analysis of product and production systems to meet customer expectations.</li><li>Management of an engineering team of 8 people.</li><li>Training and motivating employees along the lines of quality efforts.</li><li>Perform quality control from materials to finished products.</li><li>Conducting quality audits and documenting their results.</li><li>Setting quality goals and coordinating measures to achieve them.</li><li>Preparation of reports and their analysis of internal processes.</li><li>Handling of complaints and blocking/issuance of products</li></ul> Requirements : <ul><li>Relevant college or university degree in a technical field.</li><li>Relevant experience in the automotive industry (5+ years): experience in customer and/or supplier quality matters.</li><li>Knowledge of quality assurance systems Knowledge of Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, PPAP, 8D, SPC).</li><li>Knowledge of IATF 16949.</li><li>VDA 6.3 process auditor qualification.</li><li>Strong computer skills, MS-Office tools (Power Point, Excel, Word and Outlook).</li><li>Fluent English and Hungarian language skills, spoken and written.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Provide management and asset reporting, forecasting, budgeting and on asset management.</li><li>Assist management to ensure business practices and processes are in line with good corporate governance. Be mindful of potential areas of exposure, identify them and work with the business to address control gaps and mitigate risks.</li><li>Lead IT Assets team, ensuring day-to-day functions on the recording of newly acquired tangible and intangible fixed assets is well managed.</li><li>Provide guidance to the business on asset capitalisation policy and drive timely commissioning of tech fresh assets.</li><li>Review inventory turnover and follow up with the business to take actions to ensure healthy turnover.</li><li>Lead the inventory sighting exercise, to ensure proper procedures are adhered to and reconciliation of stock values are performed and reviewed on a timely manner.</li><li>Address IT asset needs queries which include hardware, software and mobile line; and collaborate with IT to address Business needs.</li><li>Drive continuous process improvements, including system changes, streamlining of processes and automation projects.</li><li>Keep a comprehensive record of all assets related data in a proper record keeping (e.g. SNOW, spreadsheets).</li><li>Make analysis based on the collected data, focusing on trends, gaps &amp; logical examines.</li><li>Develop, implement, communicate, maintain the IT Asset Management standards, processes, and procedures.</li><li>Manage asset discovery processes to ensure up to date and accurate inventory.</li><li>Ensure that adequate governance is in place and the processes are being executed successfully.</li><li>Identify and monitor key risk areas such as technology obsolescence and ensure audit compliance for the in-scope IT Assets</li><li>Review and streamline the Asset and Configuration Management processes on a regular basis for efficiency and effectiveness ensuring any agreed changes to the processes are properly approved and communicated.</li><li>Plan and manage yearly IT asset verification exercise.</li><li>Manage, track and report on all the in-scope IT assets.</li><li>Manage, track and report on mobile lines and other telco services</li><li>Guide and educate the Data Owners/Custodians and teams involved in the daily administration of the asset management related activities.</li><li>English language proficiency – verbal and written communication</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline.</li><li>Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in IT Asset Management.</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Utilize SAP ECC/Enterprise applications experience to enhance and streamline business processes.</li><li>Engage in business partnering to understand and address the needs of stakeholders across all key functions.</li><li>Lead the mapping and documentation of business processes across various departments.</li><li>Assist PM in Project manage/serve as PM on the delivery of IT services, ensuring value addition and coordination with regional/global teams and vendors.</li><li>Achievement of streamlined and well-documented key business processes, reducing organizational risk.</li><li>Successful definition and implementation of business requirements in collaboration with respective IT domains managers.</li><li>Effective leadership in system testing and validation for major implementations.</li><li>Support provided to finance, commercial, supply chain, and R&amp;D relationship managers through process documentation, user requirement gathering, testing oversight, and project management for small-medium projects.</li><li>Provision of business partnering services for smaller corporate functions such as HR, corporate affairs, and legal, including annual high availability application testing coordination.</li><li>Stakeholder communications and engagement.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate discipline (preferably Computer Sciences, MIS or Information System) with at least 3 years Business Analyst, Business consulting and/or Project Management and Delivery. Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Design of non-standard equipment: pin insertion machines, bending machines, assembly machines, testing machines, and glue dispensing machines.&nbsp;</li><li>Involves designing equipment for the entire production line, including automation levels, robotic arms, and fixture efficiency improvements, aimed at enhancing the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) of the production process.&nbsp;</li><li>Designing and improving equipment layouts, manufacturing processes, and production controls</li><li>Identifying and resolving operational problems, such as bottlenecks or material use variances&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring compliance with workplace safety, health, and regulatory requirements</li><li>Responsible for production equipment manufacturing and subsequent process improvements.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>At least an associate degree, age under 43.&nbsp;</li><li>Strong industry background, especially in automotive electronics.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience in non-standard equipment design preferred; candidates with SMT and surface mount technology experience will not be considered.&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Ensure mass production and quality during sample production to mass production, quality planning for early-stage projects.&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with project engineers, product engineers, and process engineers for new project development.&nbsp;</li><li>Focus on internal quality and reliability analysis and control, early-stage quality planning, and sampling frequency.</li><li>Provides technical support in evaluating products from a quality and reliability standpoint.</li><li>Leads cross-functional problem-solving teams to investigate quality issues, minimize customer impact, PPM, and cost of poor quality, and drive timely resolution.</li><li>Responsible for coordinating and ensuring completion of customer quality requested activities across design and manufacturing. This includes coordinating globally for all sites, factories, and associated team</li><li>Manage quality issues or inquiries for parts in assigned Global Product Lines. The parts may be made at a facility or a sub-tier supplier.</li></ul> Requirements:&nbsp; <ul><li>Age 35 and under, no gender preference.&nbsp;</li><li>5-8 years of work experience, looking for young and highly adaptable candidates.&nbsp;</li><li>Bachelors degree or higher.&nbsp;</li><li>Preference for candidates with management experience in the automotive electronics industry, and those who have participated in the entire process from start to finish.</li><li>Familiarity with APQP, PPAP processes, and quality management tools (like 8D, 5I, MSA).</li><li>Familiar with APQP/PPAP processes for early-stage project quality development.</li><li>Utilization of 8D/5I analysis methods for quality issues.</li><li>Proficient in the five major quality tools.</li><li>Familiar with manufacturing processes of connector assembly module products.</li><li>Familiar with TS16949 system.</li><li>Experience in the automotive electronics industry is preferred.</li><li>New project VOC quantity, PPAP audit metrics, front-end quality design, early-stage quality planning, stability and yield improvement.</li></ul>

Responsibilities:&nbsp; <ul><li>Responsible for all assembly work, managing 120 machines with a workforce of approximately 300 people.&nbsp;</li><li>Direct reports include 3 production supervisors and 2 production supervisors (one upstairs and one downstairs), along with 5-6 team leaders and 10-20 frontline operators per shift (total scale of about 100-200 people).&nbsp;</li><li>Involved in turntable machines, pin insertion machines, and new energy machines.&nbsp;</li><li>In the Kunshan Phase II project, responsible for assembly and integration, including setup, project implementation, and staff training.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Age under 43, no gender preference, at least a bachelors degree, with a background in the automotive manufacturing industry.</li><li>Basic knowledge of LEAN concepts and tools, with solid theoretical knowledge.</li><li>Ability to communicate in simple written English.</li><li>Management experience in factories with 200-500 employees, with preference for production managers from the automotive industry; experience in the electronics industry will not be considered.</li><li>Cross-departmental leadership skills, understanding of overall operations concepts, SQDC, and results-oriented with the ability to handle pressure.</li><li>Personnel management skills, able to mobilize organizational structure, with experience in terminating employees.</li><li>Effective personnel coaching, understanding of delivery processes and handling customer complaints.</li><li>Ability to learn and a broad perspective, capable of handling complex cases with practical experience.</li><li>Minimal travel required, must be flexible to be assigned to 5 factories (including Nantong factory).</li></ul>
