The Role:Responsible for establishing and driving the SSA sourcing strategy and initiatives, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring the efficient acquisition of goods and services to support the organizations operational needs. Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and implement cost saving measures while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. Develop and implement localization, indigenization, and preferential procurement processes. Responsibilities: <ul><li>Responsible in leading monthly &amp; annual forecasting process.</li><li>Prepare accurate and timely financial reports to senior finance and operation management team</li><li>Provide cost quotation timely, responsible for standard costing accuracy, annual re-cost process and maintain costing system in SAP&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for Month / Quarter / Year-end financial closing processes&nbsp;</li><li>Follow up company policies, procedures, SOX and internal control system development, enhancement and maintenance.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide support through financial analysis to assist operation team to identify cost saving opportunity</li><li>Collaborating with operation team to ensure plant strategic goals and financial targets are met</li><li>Business partner for Plant management</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance and economic field.</li><li>10+ years of experience finance and accounting, manufacturing company background would be a plus</li><li>Experience in budgeting/forecasting processes/cost structure, margin analysis, SAP experience would be a plus.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office</li><li>Fluent in English both written and spoken&nbsp;</li><li>Teamwork, collaboration skills and high adaptability a dynamic and challenging environment.&nbsp;</li></ul>
