Role Description:&nbsp; <ul><li>We are hiring a Supply Chain Project Engineer to lead and manage engineering and CAPEX projects within a manufacturing environment.&nbsp;</li><li>This role involves working closely with global engineering teams and plant operations to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.</li></ul> Responsibilities: <ul><li>Lead end-to-end project execution (design, installation &amp; commissioning).</li><li>Support technical proposals, cost estimation, and project planning.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Supervise installation and construction activities on-site.</li><li>Ensure projects meet EHS, quality, and food safety standards.</li><li>Manage budget, timelines, and resource planning.</li><li>Work closely with global engineering, production, maintenance, and operations teams.</li><li>Support CAPEX planning and execution for plant initiatives.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering as Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent. MBA or Management degree is preferred.</li><li>Working with manufacturing environment is preferred. Minimum 4 years of engineering experience with minimum 3 years for project management.</li><li>Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and construction/structure are required. Also, good computer background is a must.</li><li>English communication skill is necessary in both speaking and writing.</li><li>Able to work with government officers and public organizations.</li><li>Knowledge of food industry and financial issues including CAPEX&nbsp;</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Assists in updating standard tasks related to analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support the IBP process.&nbsp;</li><li>Conducts basic data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making in material planning.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and assists in reporting and process improvement initiatives.&nbsp;</li><li>Tracks material availability to ensure smooth production flow and escalates potential supply issues to relevant teams.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Assists in monitoring production and logistics planning processes and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.&nbsp;</li><li>Contributes to cost-saving initiatives related to raw &amp; pack materials and inbound warehouse processes.</li><li>Participates in daily planning meetings and follows up on assigned action items.&nbsp;</li><li>Supports compliance with quality, safety, and food defence programs by assisting in data collection and reporting.</li></ul> Requierments: Preferred Education, Skill &amp; Experience <ul><li>University Degree required and five (5) years of experience and knowledge in supply chain with particular focus on regional/global sourcing and supply planning</li><li>Experience in managing supply chain initiatives from a timely service point of view</li><li>In depth understanding of the main regions of MENAT business, customer needs and competitive landscape</li><li>Ability to assimilate multiple sources of data and deliver insight and recommendations</li><li>Language Skills (bi‐lingual): English (fluent)</li><li>Computer skills, including experience with ERP systems, MS Office and Power BI</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Deep analytical and problem‐solving skills</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Ensure the smooth execution of the order-to-cash cycle in full conformity with the Supply Chain Management Standards of the Group (i.e. on order processing, sales terms and conditions, etc.)</li><li>Ensure the execution of the credit policy defined with the Finance and Controlling team.</li><li>Develop and maintain high level of collaboration with our clients especially on flow optimization, data exchanges, shared KPIs and resolution on customer complaints.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Commercial team to align distribution strategies meeting the sales and marketing objectives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all regulations and company policies related to distribution management and logistics.</li><li>Be or manage within the team, the Local Business Owner who will be the main contact representing LID South Asia Customer Care on process and system improvements.&nbsp;</li><li>Share and implement best practices from the Supply Chain community that could help in continuous improvement.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>4-5 years of similar experience preferably in Distributor management.</li><li>Strong operational excellence, agility and customer orientation to foster a demand-driven supply chain with service as a priority</li><li>Ability to optimize information, physical and financial flows along the whole Supply Chain</li><li>Good analytical skills and expertise to leverage business data to anticipate business activities, act proactively and implement continuous improvement</li><li>Strong leadership and influential skills</li><li>Good communication skills and sensitivity to business</li><li>Ability to balance long term strategic customer service direction with the day-to-day operational challenges and requirements</li><li>Cultural awareness of regional stakeholders&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient Excel skills, hands on experience with SAP system is required</li></ul>

Responsibilities: Data Consolidation &amp; Analytics: <ul><li>Collect, validate, and harmonize data from multiple country teams across the region</li><li>Leverage DGO/Zone dashboard to track and analyze key supply chain performance such as forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory health, overdue, and supply chain cost.</li><li>Ensure high standards of data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness.</li></ul> Performance Management: <ul><li>Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews by consolidating KPI reports and deriving actionable insights.</li><li>Prepare and deliver high-quality reports and executive summaries for regional and global senior management.</li><li>Engage with country teams to analyze root causes, obtain explanations, and drive improvement actions on top KPIs</li><li>Identify best practices and performance gaps, ensuring consistent regional follow-up.</li></ul> Dashboarding &amp; Visualization: <ul><li>Enhance Power BI and Excel dashboards to present E2E supply chain performance.</li><li>Use automation tools (Power Automate, AI-based Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to streamline reporting and enhance visualization impact.</li><li>Create PowerPoint decks for senior leadership which transforms complex data into simple, insightful, and story-driven visuals.</li></ul> Business Partnering &amp; Communication: <ul><li>Build strong relationships with country supply chain, finance, and planning teams.</li><li>Partner effectively across functions to ensure alignment and transparency on KPI definitions and results.</li><li>Serve as a key interface between country operations and the regional leadership team.</li></ul>&nbsp;Continuous Improvement &amp; Digital Enablement: <ul><li>Proactively introduce new tools, automation, and AI-based approaches to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting.</li><li>Simplify and digitize existing manual processes to support transformation and agility.</li><li>Contribute to ongoing projects related to data governance, digital analytics, and supply chain performance excellence.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Business; Master’s preferred</li><li>6–10 years of experience in supply chain analytics or performance management, ideally in a multinational or regional environment</li><li>Strong technical skills:</li><li>Power BI (Advanced) – understanding of data modeling dashboard development</li><li>Excel (Advanced) – analytics, automation, scenario modeling</li><li>PowerPoint (Expert) – executive-level storytelling and visual presentation</li><li>Power Automate / AI tools – for data enhancement and process automation</li><li>High level understanding Familiarity with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP / EWM / APO)</li><li>Understanding of E2E supply chain KPIs and their interdependencies</li></ul>

Responsibilities: <ul><li>Act as a conduit between Global Architecture (Enterprise Architects) and the Engineering teams..</li><li>Work across/with Architects from different organizations.</li><li>Introduce/train teams with new technology.</li><li>Lead teams toward problem-resolution identifying, researching, &amp; coordinating with resources.</li><li>Evaluate new technologies and their applicability to the business.</li><li>Drive technical direction and architecture evolution via reviews and on-floor leadership.</li><li>Actively monitor the Business Unit system health and design and write proposals.</li><li>Proactively monitor new development to discover subsystems</li><li>Proactively research, monitor, learn, and assess industry/technology advancements</li><li>All other duties as assigned.</li></ul> Requirements: <ul><li>Strong understanding of programming languages, code, and database.</li><li>Expert-level knowledge in programming language(s); e.g., .Net, Java, HTML, Perl, C++, C#, PHP, etc.; or expert level in engineering discipline.</li><li>Expert in a plurality of the following technologies: Parallel and Distributed Processing Systems, Information Retrieval, Data Mining,&nbsp;NaturalLanguage Processing, Very Large Scale Databases, Declarative Languages, and High-Performance Computing.</li><li>Solid working knowledge in a plurality of the following areas: Network Design (LAN and WAN), Storage System Architectures,&nbsp;Service.</li><li>Oriented Architecture technologies, XML and XSLT, and Parallel Processing Architectures (such as SMP and NUMA).</li><li>Experience with a plurality of the following operating systems: Windows Server, UNIX (Linux), and z/OS.</li><li>Strong organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments, and strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing projects and managing projects of various size and complexity.</li><li>Advanced problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex project issues; prior success extracting/translating findings into alternatives/solutions; and identifying risks/impacts and schedule adjustments to facilitate management decision-making.</li></ul>
